After I purchased the vehicle, she continuously checked in on me to make sure I received all of my appropriate documents and appointments for the Dmv. She was very hospitable in her office as well. Bill and Sue are not the typical small dealership used car sales people. They are down to earth, friendly people that are great to talk too and very helpful. I drove from Concord to Raleigh to look at a specific car I had wanted and accidentally stopped at their dealership first. Turned out they had the same car but better condition and lower price. I could tell that it was taken care of as well as the rest of their inventory. Everything went smooth and they even offered us water and coffee as we waited and had the car washed before I left! I am very pleased with my experience and the car and would not hesitate to drive back to Raleigh to buy another car from them! Thank you again Bill and Sue for the awesome experience! A+++!

The sales team at Capital Auto Preowned are awesome. I purchased a 2004 Lexus GX470 with no pressure or hassle. I was very hesitant about making the purchase because I wanted to make sure that I was getting a great value. Not at any time during my communication and interaction with them did I ever feel like I was being coerced into the sale. Sue Ellen, her husband, her brother, and nephew are such friendly and honest people. Though I didn’t get to meet the rest of the dealerships' staff, I can only assume that they too are just as pleasant. Honesty is high on my list and I got the feeling that they were sincere and honest. I am still enjoying the newness of my used vehicle purchase. I could not be happier about the ease of flow of the transaction of my purchase from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Capital Auto Preowned to anyone in the market for purchasing a vehicle.

Purchased a car from them in 1996 when I was 18 years old. At that time they had clean, solid, hand picked vehicles only on the lot. Last year I did some plumbing work for them as a referral from one of my wife’s co-workers. They again treated me well as a contractor. I am currently considering a used car purchase to replace an aging vehicle for my wife and I will be browsing their cars as there’s not many used car dealerships that care about their reputation like they do. Our experience was phenomenal!! We purchased a car for our soon to be graduating son. The process was quick and easy, which I absolutely loved!! We don’t live in Raleigh and so we had to travel to see the car. I was pleased to see that the car looked as good in person as it did in the pictures. Great car, however, we did have an issue with a light coming on a week after we purchased it. I contacted Sue and she immediately went to into problem solving mode….which was very comforting. She sent us some valuable information to assist us with trouble shooting. When that did not solve our issue she did not hesitate to tell us to bring the vehicle back so that she could have their mechanic take a look at it. Well needless to say I brought the car back and she had the mechanic to look at the car just as she stated she would. (By the way the mechanic was an awesome, knowledgeable, and honest guy. I was thankful that he truly took the time to locate the issue rather than acting as if there was not one. That speaks volumes about his character and quality of work as well.) Not only did he (the mechanic) work on fixing the issue, he also found and pointed out an additional issue that was unknown to us. Sue volunteered to purchase the part that was needed to fix the new issue, have it put on by her mechanic, and then have the car taken to the Toyota dealership to complete the process at no charge for us. Now if you ask me this signifies a company that is dedicated to selling quality car and taking care of their customers. Mind you we did sign paperwork saying that we were purchasing this vehicle as is, just as we would have at any other used car dealership and so for them to assist us anyways is a total blessing!!! THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! Please stop by and give them your business, you will be glad that you did!!

My daughter purchased a car from Capitol Auto Preowned in October 2017. It was the best experience ever! The whole staff was wonderful and absolutely the best. There was one issue with the battery and when we called, there was no hesitation, none what so ever to take care of it with a new battery! Consider them to get the whole package good pricing and excellent customer service!

While my wife and I decided ultimately not to purchase a vehicle from the lot, the experience we had was great. We test drove several of their cars and received detailed information about the warranties and service history of each. Overall a very positive experience.

Sue and associates made me comfortable while shopping. The only fault is, the gas tank was on empty; so I had to fill it up myself. As soon as they were made aware of the tank they made it right. I would definitely refer friends and family to CAP. I love my car and enjoying it very much.

We were given a print out of the carfax immediately which gave us detailed information about the history, owners etc. without having to ask. We were given time to make a decision without pressure. The purchasing was timely and easy. The price was very fair and easy to reach. Staff took time to show us how the car works. I would highly recommend buying your car here. BTW, we shopped other pre-owned places prior to coming and there is no comparison.
