This facility is absolutely fantastic. I have been here on two occasions at the urgent care facility and each time I was seen within less than 10 minutes. I was able to have a x-ray and results were available within 15 minutes and I was out of urgent care. Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a clean, safe and friendly environment for medical care

Just recently started going within the last 2 months & I love it! My physician is very nice & hears any & all my concerns that I may have. They have a lab office in the building so I don’t have to go to a local Lab Corp to give blood for any tests. I’ve never had to wait for more than 3 minutes when I go to my doctor appointments. Overall great place in my opinion!

I’ve seen a different provider at this office and wasn’t a fan, someone recommended Michelle so I scheduled with her & couldn’t be more pleased! She’s very thorough and listens/addresses every concern! Highly recommend!!!!

Outstanding. Could not even reach the other "urgent care" facilities in the area by phone on a Sunday. Called Duke, professional, high quality, on the phone.. Went there, top quality. Have discounts if your insurance won't cover some services. We're new to the area. This is now our, "go to".

Staff here are professional, expedient, and warm. Everybody has a bad day now and again. I imagine that happened with the 0 rating rude guy. If I were to rate him or her I'd probably use the word cranky--unless they're just having a bad day! We are all fighting our own battles that others know nothing about! I have been to every department in this building, overall probably 20 times as I have a terminal illness, and they never fail to brighten my day! I'd consider that low score an outlier.

I really appreciate the women’s health team at Duke in Holly Springs. Dr. Brodie and other associates are amazing. The wake med cary hospital is also fabulous and I highly recommend delivering there!

The wait is reasonable, depends on how busy it is. Friendly service and skilled phlebotomist!

I found the facility to be well designed and convenient, which makes sense seeing as it was built recently. The staff were friendly and good at their jobs. Competent is how I’d rate what I got there. Nothing special but no complaints regarding the visit itself.

I would have rated them a 4 if not for the higher than typical billing. Compared with other local practices Duke literally billed me between 25-35% more for the same type of visit I’d had at these other practices in my search for a practice to settle on. I spoke with a representative to get pricing on future visits because I was so taken aback by the bill and he confirmed that this is rather standard for them. I’ll keep looking because nothing I saw there makes me think they’re worth paying such a premium for.

Only giving this 2 stars because the front desk staff were very nice, but overall the visit was a waste of time. I have been dealing with symptoms similar to a UTI off and on for an extended period of time. Experiencing great discomfort and not knowing what is causing it. I went here to be tested, only for the doctor to tell me I need to drink more water! She did not even suggest that I see a specialist. I continue to deal with this issue and it upsets me that the doctor basically acted as if I am over-reacting about what I am experiencing. I paid my co-pay as I've done at other Urgent Cares I've been to, only to be sent an additional bill a month later and for what?! I will not be returning to this office. I likely won't go back to a Duke Health center at all.

I was referred to Duke Eye Center Holly Springs by my Optometrist out of Raleigh.
A bit suspicious of this visit as I was sent her for a second eye evaluation.

Pack your patience.
After meeting with the eye tech for 30 minutes. I went to another waiting area to wait on the doctor for over 25 minutes. Needlessly to say, I walked out and notified the front desk I wouldn't be returning. The wait time here is unreasonable it's giving free clinic wait times as if my insurance isn't good (when it is). Duke Health is a NO for me and I don't intend on returning.

Have been going here for 4 years and it’s awful, my wife and I will be changing this year. We have been through 3 different doctors (all have left) and they refuse to refill prescriptions (even anxiety) unless you go every year for a physical. What a scam!! If you have a documented issue and the Medicine you’re on is working great, why should we have to go in once a year for no reason? Just fishing for money. Also they won’t respond on MyChart so it’s not even worth trying. Worst Dr experiences my wife and I have had.

the only star on this review is for the front desk lady at women's health.

My wife and I were recommended to a mid-wife that works out this office, but when we called to schedule a first trimester pre-natal appointment we were told that it had to be with a doctor instead. we accepted this but told both the scheduler and the nurse at the clinic (that was on the phone with us) that we did not want to perform the first trimester ultrasound (which is not the only way to aquire the needed information, and according to ACOG is not any more accurate than traditional methods for certain information, like measuring weight of the baby), they told us that was fine.

today we went into the office for our scheduled appointment, and when my wife went back to meet with the doctor she was told that she HAD to have the ultrasound. when my wife asked if this was the doctor's personal preference or policy she was told this was clinic policy and if we didnt agree to it we would not be accepted as patients. we then asked if they would accept an AMA (against medical advice) form saying we accepted the risks of not performing the medical procedure. we were told this would not be accepted, and that the office visit today was non-refundable.

it is shocking to me that ANY medical office would refuse an AMA form to a standard procedure. this medical office is VERY unfriendly to parents choice, we DO NOT recommend anyone going to Duke Health for prenatal care.
