As an early retirement present and with the wholehearted support of my wife of 28 years, we recently purchased our first BMW thru Atlas Motor Co, an impeccable all-original 2004 BMW Z4 3.0i roadster convertible. Working with Sales Manager Dan Kastner was both easy and a tremendously positive experience. After talking with Dan on a Monday morning and having confidence in his expertise and integrity, I provided a down payment and made arrangements to complete the sale. Thursday evening that same week, my wife and I flew from New England to Raleigh, NC. On Friday morning, Dan graciously picked us up from our hotel, drove us to the bank to get our payment, and then back to Atlas Motor Co to finalize paperwork. We then drove this beautiful BMW Z4 Roadster more than 1,000 miles over the long weekend, spending time with friends along our journey back home. If you are looking for a used BMW I highly recommend visiting Atlas Motor Company and looked at their used car inventory.
I am a car enthusiast and I was in the market for a RWD LCI (2009-2011) BMW e90 (sedan) or e91 (wagon) with 80K-100k miles to use as a daily driver.
When searching for my future car I noticed several cars in my search criteria were located at Atlas Motor company. When I looked deeply into the service records of each car at Atlas I noticed each car had recently undergone major repairs to fix the common issues with the N52 engine (found in BMW e90) such as repair/replacement of the oil filter housing gasket, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, electric water pump/thermostat, and belt tensioner. If you're in the market for a used BMW I highly encourage you to look deeply into the maintenance record of each car and you'll notice that Atlas has done at least one of these repairs on each of their used cars. In addition, Atlas changes all the major fluids in each of their cars prior to sale such as oil, brake fluid, and coolant. Maintenance is everything when looking for a used BMW and at Atlas you'll find a BMW that has recently had major documented repairs. In addition, their repairs come with a 24 month warranty.
I also enjoyed working with Dan (sales manager) he answered all my questions about each car and he also knew alot about each car. He let me test drive multiple cars in an afternoon.
When I found a car I wanted to purchase he also recommended a great local shop in the area for me to have a pre-purchase inspection.
After my pre-purchase inspection there was a new issue found with the car I wanted to buy. Dan apologized this issues was missed and worked with me to repair this issue at a discounted and fair rate.
In addition, when it came time to pickup my car, unfortunately I was not free during the weekday, but Dan went out of his way and worked with me to pick a date/time outside of the normal business hours so I could pickup my car.
I love my BMW and I know I will purchase another BMW in the future and I will be sure to look at the inventory at Atlas in the future. I highly recommend anyone looking for a used BMW to visit at Atlas as they had done a great job selecting and restoring used BMWs.

I just purchased a beautiful BMW 528i form Dan and his crew at Atlas motors. It has been a pleasure to work with Dan and his staff. They made the purchase easy and straight forward and arranged shipping of the car from Raleigh to my home in Connecticut. Bought a E85 Z4M Roadster from Dan recently and it was smooth transaction. He made sure the car was inspected thoroughly and oil and fluids changed and got the car to me in less than a week. Like the other reviews say, it's not too often you're wowed with a business, let alone a car dealership. Atlas is the exception. The team at Atlas are just BMW guys that want you to enjoy the cars the same way they do. I stopped in one day that they were closed to look at an F10, but I saw an E91 in the back of the lot without sale stickers. It was my dream car in my dream color combination. I assumed the car was getting service, but it was love at first sight. I came back during business hours the next week to drive the F10 but asked Dan, the sales manager, about the E91. Dan shared the car was actually for sale and it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. I told him I was interested in it and he said he would keep me updated as they performed the repairs. I unexpectedly sold the car I was driving and needed to get a car within 4 days as I was driving from NC to AL that weekend. I messaged Dan and within an hour, he had spoken to his team, reworked the service schedule, and told me it would be ready the day before my trip. He kept me updated the entire way and sent me pictures of the service process. Dave and the other techs did an oil service, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, bank 2 cat replacement, rear shocks, and valve cover gasket. The day I was going to pick up the car, Dan messaged me and said he had driven the E91 the night before and didn't like the way the tires rode. He wanted me to be comfortable for my roadtrip, so he sent the E91 to Discount Tire and put 4 new Continentals on it. The price we spoke about a days prior was the price I paid even with the new tires. These guys really care about their customers. 2 weeks, 2k miles, and 4 states later, the E91 is still a dream and I can't stop looking at it. Thanks guys!

I recently dropped my E46 M3 into the service team to replace the rod bearings and address other maintenance items. The experience was exceptional from picking up the phone enquiring about pricing/availability right the way through to the drive home. It was clear that these guys are passionate about BMWs.

Atlas Motor Company is a jewel. I live in Virginia and ran across this company in Nov. of 2023. They serviced my vehicle in Dec. and more recently in March of 2024. Suffice it to say that this is the most experienced, competent and efficient BMW service facility that I have experienced in 20 years of owning several BMW's. The staff are very personable, knowledgeable and a true joy to work with. Did I mention that I drive from Virginia to have my BMW's serviced in Raleigh ONLY by Atlas Motors???

These guys are great. Love their work, always get me in quick and get my car finished quick. Best prices in town 100%. I got quoted for less than half other shops were quoting me for some work and they got me in next day. They have a super friendly staff, Daniel, Dave, and Dan are the three I have met, and all three were super nice and very helpful! I would 100% recommend Atlas to anyone with a BMW.

It's not often that I'm completely wowed with a business, especially in the used car industry. Dan was extremely personable, but it was the authenticity and commitment to standing behind what they sell that really impressed me. We purchased an older 3-Series for my son. Atlas had already gone over the car and replaced everything that was worn. The car drove like it was brand new despite being 10 years old. 500 miles after we bought it, we noticed oil stains appearing on the driveway. Come to find out, a different dealership had sold the car to Atlas and had completely cleaned the engine bay to hide any leaks. Dan and team couldn't have known about the leaks, but they stood by the sale and brought the car in to replace any and all of the leaky seals. It's been a year, and I still couldn't be happier with the purchase. We will shop exclusively with Atlas Motors for any BMW purchases as long as they are around.
