Oak Heart Veterinary Hospital at Longview

So grateful for this vet! I ended up having a semi-emergency with my cat, Leroy, and the staff here fit me in same day. I was totally panicked the entire time and they were nothing but kind, patient, compassionate, and comforting.

I also bring my small dog here and they’ve been amazing with him!

Facilities are always clean. Staff is kind and very knowledgeable!

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and answered all of our new puppy questions. Dr Clements was great!

I absolutely love it here! Took my puppy for his first appointment and it was great! The staff was amazing. They explained everything and answered all my questions. Even after my appointment, they texted me a few days later to check up on my fur baby! Definitely recommend. They really make your pet feel loved

The staff here are great! I never have to wait when I visit for my cats' appointments. They are thorough and explain the options well so we can decide what's best for my pets. I feel we are well taken care of at every visit.

Love these guys! They have taken extra time and care with our kitty who has multiple acute health issues happening simultaneously. Very personalized care.

Took our sick kitty to Oak Heart, and they were kind, professional, and explained each step of the process to us as they diagnosed the issue. We were able to get an appointment within a week (availability in the triangle is limited), they were on time, thorough, and spent extra time with us as the diagnosis got worse. They found us an emergency vet for the specialist we'd need that day. Throughout it all, their communication, concern and kindness, care, and knowledge was amazing! Most definitely recommend

A great experience with first visit for my GS puppy, front desk , Dr. Jordan,  and technician very professional and friendly. They answered All my questions, is been a while since I had a puppy. Also they take care of my Adult Labrador mixed with patience and a friendly manner (Kudos to technician ❤). I can not be more satisfied how they take care of our furry babies. I am recommend this clinic if you really love your pets.

This vet clinic and all of its staff has honestly been a godsend. They are knowledgeable, extremely caring, patient and understanding. They accommodate your pets needs while they're in the clinic & check up on your pet days after their appointment. They are truly a wonderful clinic.

We absolutely love this place! Dr. Jordan the LSU vet is amazing! So knowledgeable and he treated Minerva so well. My husband and I absolutely recommend you take your pet here. The staff is amazing and they are so loving towards your fur babies.

Thanks for all your help this morning with my girl Marley! She was quite nervous upon arrival but Ashley and Dr. Hamilton were both incredibly patient and calm with her during the check up. Very knowledgeable and gave me great advice moving forward with regard to the medications for Marley. I'll gladly recommend this vet to anyone. Thanks again!

They do such a good job with my nervous pup (and occasionally nervous mama)! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Their dog and cat plans make it easy to afford vet care. Highly recommend!

Oak Heart was recommended to me by a neighbor and I love that they are so close to downtown Raleigh. They have available appointments every time I needed one and even fit me in same-day before I left on a trip. They have been so sweet with our older dog, and even get on the floor with her for her checkups. I'm so grateful to have them as a guide as our girl ages. When my husband took in our younger dog, he heard the girls in the back say, 'He is the cutest dog ever!' But, they probably say that to all the boys... ; ) They follow-up with calls to ask how your pets are doing after treatment and they genuinely care about the animals they treat. We have been so pleased with the service there and love Oak Heart Vet!

Moved here from out of state and needed to find a good vet for a mass removal on my boxer’s leg and get established with a local vet. My experience at Longview was by far the best vet experience I’ve ever had! The space is clean and inviting, everyone is happy to help answer questions, and they take great care of my dog. Plus they try to keep the lobby clear so the pets don’t go crazy waiting to be seen- a huge help. Dr. Henderson is very professional and attentive to my pet and my needs as a dog owner- he’s the best!!

We highly recommend Dr. Malatesta. We were there for a recheck exam from a different location and this is the first time we saw him. He took his time and provided a thorough examination of my dog, Hank. He explained everything that had been occurring and answered all my questions. He was informative, patient, and kind to both myself and Hank. He is an asset to Oak Heart - Longview and we will most certainly be back to see him.
