Even though I was not able to buy anything I still want to say my experience with Christian was excellent. Very open honest about the vehicle wanted we tried different way for me to purchase but it didn’t work out. In the future I definitely would be back to find another vehicle for my teenager who needs something reliable and worth the price. Who know I might get one for myself too! Thanks for a great experience

I want to acknowledge Christian And Samantha for the thorough job in assisting us with the purchase of our new Toyota Tundra. We had very specific requirements that we were looking for in a new vehicle that could have made our purchase challenging to accommodate, but the team at Averson proved successful in fulfilling our request. We literally performed a nationwide vehicle search (over a month long time period) until we were able to zero in on a unique vehicle that checked all the boxes that we were searching for. Our truck was transported safely to Raleigh from half-way across the country and I could not be happier with the final product. Kudos to all for navigating the specifics of our Toyota Tundra!

Let me preface this with an apology for how long this is, but I’ve had a lot of bad experiences buying cars and this by was the best one I’ve ever had.

My experience here was absolutely incredible! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like I was among friends. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and truly listened to what I was looking for in a car. Especially the owner Samantha Averson.

The sales team was not just knowledgeable but also patient and understanding. They didn't rush me into any decisions and allowed me to take my time, even offering a test drive that let me get a real feel for the vehicle I was interested in.

When it came to the purchase, their finance team was not only efficient but also took the time to explain all my options clearly, ensuring I got a deal that worked perfectly for my budget. I know this is a long review but I can’t help but try to explain just how good the experience was.

What makes this dealership stand out, though, is the way they treat their customers. Even after I drove off with my new car, they followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly and even offered assistance with some additional features I wanted to add. Just save yourself some time and just buy your vehicle here.

This was the best car buying experience I have had! Christian was extremely helpful through the whole process and I didn't encounter a single issue. I've been looking for a while now for a car and had some not so great experiences, especially at larger dealerships. I highly recommend coming here, it is so much more personable and fair. I was able to look and purchase my car in just a couple of hours, which is extremely quick for car buying. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and to whoever is wanting a safe and reliable car.

Christian and Samantha were, by far, the best people I have ever dealt with in the automotive industry, period. I had been looking actively for a truck for 4 months and had test drove at least 8 vehicles from other used car dealers so I had some experience dealing with other car salesmen. Christian and Samantha treated me like a friend and were more than helpful with the whole car buying process (Christian even went with me to the DMV to help finalize the purchase!). I never once felt forced or manipulated into buying something I wasn't comfortable with. They were very flexible/reasonable in price negotiation and ended up getting the vehicle just at average market value! (Most dealerships price WAY above fair market price). They also held the vehicle for me for a day after filling out pre-purchase paperwork. They could have sold it earlier that next day but held it for me! I would highly recommend them! No high pressure sales or bogus info regarding selling the vehicle. Just real people selling a good vehicle at a good price. Great experience with both Samantha and Christian. We even had the vehicle looked over by two mechanics we trust after the sale and they even said we got a good deal with a clean engine. When your 16 year old is behind the wheel of her first car, that’s a BIG DEAL to have no surprises. Don’t hesitate to buy from these two! We will be back... maybe for Samantha’s mustang🤭JK

I recently bought a good used truck from Averson. They were easy to deal with and offered a fair price without too much haggling and negotiating. We did negotiate a few minor items and they were fair and honored their word. I would highly recommend Averson if you are looking for good quality used vehicles.

My husband came across this dealership as he was searching for a car for our 18 year old son. For such a small dealership, the customer service was AWESOME! We had a very pleasant experience and and our son loves his car! We would definitely do business there in the future!

We bought a 2006 Toyota RAV4 from them and had a great experience. The price was reasonable and they even gave us a better deal when we got there. My kids were with me and they were kind to them and even gave them snacks while we were filling out paperwork--A+++! The plates came in the mail a few days later as we live in Greenville and everything went smoothly. I would buy another car from them again and appreciate how kind they were.
