Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. We did everything online (which is convenient if you have previously only bought vehicles in person at a dealer ship). I honestly felt like I was provided more in depth information when buying a used vehicle from Carvana versus the typical car dealership. You are provided any accidents, damages, I was even able to see all services performed on the vehicle (oil changes, etc.). The vending machine experience was probably the coolest thing I have ever seen (my kids enjoyed it too). Earl was incredible, he was very personable and made sure to explain every document I was signing. Pick up took less than 30 minutes. Prices are reasonable and the financing options were not sketchy. They also have a 7 day return/exchange policy which is pretty cool. Not to mention there is NO PRESSURE to buy at all because by the time you go in person, you have already selected your vehicle. We will probably never buy a vehicle from a car dealership after out experience with Carvana. Highly recommend!

Just completed selling my car to Carvana! Had a lot of hoops to jump through, because I had to get the title in my name first, but after that the process was easy. They communicate quickly by text and email, I set my own appointment and was there all of 10 minutes and the paperwork was done! I feel I got an excellent price!

Buying a car from Carvana was a breeze. Clear instructions, great customer service and when we get there to pick up the car they took care of us really fast.

I have never had such an easy and fast experience when purchasing an automobile. Every step of this process was so easy that I thought that there HAS to be a catch. Everything was done on time. The trade-in process was also easy and fast. I don't think I'd buy a used vehicle any other way! Also, the vending machine "experience" was pretty cool.

Just sold my car to Carvana and dropped it off there. The online ID verification made the sell a formality. It took less than 15 minutes to complete the transaction when it usually takes hours! They offered me the most money, so this was really a no brainer for me.

The process could not be easier. Pick up was scheduled quickly and made the transaction a breeze. The sale price was competitive and more than a dealer trade. For me, while I could have sold the car privately and received a higher price, the ease of this process made it worth taken a little less for the convenience.

When I decided to exchange, my car for another model, Edith and Brittani took me through the process and were so accommodating. They made sure I had the car of my dreams. I can’t comment on the *buying* experience from here, but selling is phenomenal. Almost everything is done on the app (and this is easy and quick) before arriving in person, and the in-person interaction was swift as well (maybe a 10 minute visit). Incredible car selling experience.

It really could not have been a simpler experience. I chose to drop my car off at the Carvana location as opposed to having them pick it up. I pulled up, took my license plate off, walked inside, and filled out paperwork for about 8 minutes with a very polite guy. No issues with the appraisal or trying to knock down the agreed sales price (I was honest about the hail damage). So if you're after convenience and are okay with the number Carvana quotes for your vehicle online, I say go for it.

Very convenient! I got offers at a couple of places for my car and they seemed fair. I was going to get a price at the CarMax as well, but after sitting in their under construction lobby forever, I gave up and left. I thought I'd try Carvana for one last bid, fully expecting to sell to a dealership. Carvana's bid was higher, so of course I went with them.

The process was really convenient. I just had foot surgery, so the fact that they came to my house, brought me the papers to sign, and let me upload the documents they needed from me just made it so easy. The gentleman, Kevin, came today and was in and out in less than 15 minutes and had a check at the ready for me. Very much appreciated this process being available - saved me a ton of time and effort!
