Heroes Car wash

Great Reasonably-Priced Car Wash that even comes with complimentary self-service interior cleaning (see pictures).

Their automated exterior wash has 4 different plans ranging from $15 to $30 in $5 increments. From what the staff told me, all plans offer the same cleaning procedure, but moving up increases protection (rain, heat, etc.)

I purchased the $20 plan (The Shield) and was satisfied with the cleaning. There were still some stains that persisted on my car, but the staff were happy to help me out. Following the exterior wash, I parked into an interior cleaning station and their selection of tools was impressive. They offer glass cleaner, odor remover, interior cleaner, towels, a vacuum, and a dryer. All of which were super easy to use and allowed me to thoroughly clean my car. They also provide a mat-washing station with a pressure washer which is much better than trying to vacuum the mats.

Overall, I am very happy with the car wash. The complimentary interior cleaning stations are what really sells this place for me. I would recommend this car wash if you have the time/need for interior cleaning. It's too soon to say if the protection is worth paying for, so I personally recommend getting the $15 plan.

Great place.. Friendly staff.. over 15+ bays to detail your car. They also offer a mat cleaning station with power washer.. It fully stocked! Towels, dressing, window cleaner and air freshener. TOTALLY DO IT YOURSELF FACILITY. THEY DO NOT OFFER ONSITE DETAILING SERVICE.

I was a skeptic. Heroes is NOT touch free. But I’ve tried it twice now with my truck once and my wife’s brand new EV. Then I asked about the chems in the suds. Heroes proclaims to use less harmful chems than touch free car washes that must compensate for its hands off approach. I care about the environment BUT I like to keep my car shiny and clean inside. INSIDE is where Heroes really wins me over. Three different cleaners and multiple clean rags and a strong vacuum. ALL AT NO EXTRA COST!

Today, when my car doors locked with my key fob inside, the manager Rob went the extra mile, running next door to Atlantic Tire to borrow their lockout kit. Within minutes, he successfully unlocked my doors. That level of care and service is hard to find.

Rob’s quick assistance saved me valuable time that I would have spent waiting for AAA and allowed me to carry on with my busy day.

I drive 15 miles one way to use this carwash. The chemicals used on the car are first rate and effective. The facility is always spotless, no loud music, the staff have always been GENUINELY appreciative.

So glad a car wash came back to this spot on Maynard. The new IMPROVED is amazing!!! Several packages for your budget, monthly membership, and of course the vacuum and cleaning station! The station allows you to quickly clean the interior and finishing touches. Absolutely love this place!

So I had a leak in my car and totally didn’t know what to do and where it came from at first lol. I got it fixed btw but when I didn’t know what to do I looked up the closes car wash near me and Heroes Car Wash came up. I first thought I would have to pay but I didn’t which was amazing!! (Btw the vacuum and cleaning supplies helped perfectly)The Car washes are cheap as well. I love that because sometimes I just need to clean the inside and it’s totally free with no expense and it’s fast and easy. Definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a wash every now n’ then!

Best car wash I’ve ever used bar none! Clean facility with unbelievably free amenities (towels, vacuums, compressed air, cleaning agents). Went today to utilize my $15 membership but decided, once I arrived, that I wanted the $30 wash. Asked manager if I could just pay the difference this one time and told me not to worry about it, gave me the $30 wash at no additional charge. Truly great customer service. I was already a fan; now I’m a customer for life!

The best car wash I have ever used and been a member with, and I have tried quite a few places! The staff is exceptionally nice, the car wash itself is outstanding, and the perks offered after the wash ‘perks’ are by far the best I have experienced. They have as many towels as you need to finish drying the outside/clean the inside. They have an air compressor and multiple cleaning bottles you can use for inside, outside, and glass! Of course, they have Vaccums as well, and have a power washing station for car mats! You can really get the best bang for your buck here.

The ONLY issue I have is their hours. I work a 9-5, so the fact they close at 7 everyday except Sunday can make it difficult to utilize it, and wish they stayed open later on Sunday as they close at 6. Besides that, best car wash IMO!! Highly recommend!!!

This was a fantastic experience using hero car wash. My first time and the options to clean my car here were great with the wash, vacuum, sprays, towels all included in the price. I haven't cleaned the interior of my car for a LONG time so it was a big job, but the guys let me take as long as I needed. I was particularly impressed with the customer service and manner of the team - Rob as one of the ones that I connected with. Highly recommend this business

Excellent service, well equipped wash/dry stations.
Birds bombed my parents car as if it was their sole purpose in life. I went through the wash and the stubborn bird dirt was having none of it. Hero's offered to put it through again for free and scrubbed it down by hand to ensure a better result. The car came out beautifully.
The drying stations have an endless supply of chamois cloth, cleaners, vacuum hoses that reach everywhere on your car, and an air blaster. What I paid to clean my parents car while they were at the doctors turned into an excellent experience and phenomenal value. I will be back and would highly recommend these personable people.

The best car wash in The Triangle hands down. I go out of my way for this car wash - it’s that good. I went one day with my car raving to my wife about it, we went back with her car the very next day and she felt the same, exclaiming halfway through our spring cleaning blitz “this place is incredible”. This is not a paid or sponsored - I am genuinely just so supportive and thrilled what these folks are doing.

$15 basic wash and goes up from there. Pull in with a water spritz on the way in by the attendant. You pull out of the wash and an attendant then meets you at the car to promptly dry off the little of what the automated wash line power dryers don’t get. The BEST assortment of post-wash amenities: strong suction vacuums, air hose for nooks and crannies, glass spray, interior surface spray, deodorizer spray, DRY microfiber and super absorbent towels, AND a mat washing station. Incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful staff. I can’t wait for them to open their next location on the other side of Cary. I’ve been to numerous in town - crappy vacuums, wet towels…if you have been looking for a Raleigh car wash that doesn’t suck - it’s right here.

Im from NY and had the best experience at Heroes car wash and the customer service was amazing! My car was super clean and it had a ton of salt on it from the drive down here.
The only negative is that the dryers could be a little stronger.
Overall experience 9.5 out of 10. I am definitely recommending this car wash to my family and any NC resident that will listen. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. God Bless!

I went to Heroes for the first time yesterday based on a recommendation from a coworker and it far exceeded my expectations! The employees were genuinely kind and helpful, and my car looked shiny and new as soon as it came out of the wash. The self service area was also a step above, with powerful vacuums, microfiber cloths, and a variety of cleaners to choose from (glass cleaner, bug remover, etc.). I will definitely be going back and subscribing to a monthly plan!

I came to heroes car wash for the first time and my experience was definitely memorable. Ryan was excellent with helping me choose which car wash I needed. Very polite and patient with me. The facility was clean, payment was super quick and easy. The vacuums are amazing, especially coming from someone who has dogs in their vehicle a lot. Thank you heroes car wash

The drive-thru car wash was very appealing, smooth ride, and satisfying to watch. It gently moves you through with beautiful colored lights like flying through outer space. The end result was fantastic. They even used the windshield water repellent wash and blew the car dry at the end with multiple blowers from every direction. There is also a self service area which provides super powerful vacuums, glass cleaner, and interior car cleaner that smells amazing. They also provide clean rags and air for your tires. Overall, it made my car look and feel brand new. Totally recommend.

I recently tried the car wash service, and I'm impressed. The staff was efficient, the facility was clean, and my car came out sparkling. The attention to detail, was commendable. Prices were reasonable, making it a great overall experience. Highly recommended! Also the products that they have are A1 from the interior cleaner to the ammonia free glass cleaner to the odor destroyer if you are going to any other car wash you need to stop and come to Heroes Car Wash and you will never want to go to any other car wash besides Heroes Car Wash.

I really enjoyed the complimentary towels, spray, and vacuums. Everything looks brand new and they did a good job on the car wash. Reasonable prices. Convenient location, I'll definitely be stopping by again in the future.
