Excuse me, I don’t normally do this, but my Pest Control guy tech is amazing. I set an app with Terminix. A very nice gentleman, Nehemiah, visited and did a very thorough home inspection. Almost too thorough. I had things I wish I didn’t living in my house. Long story-short. I’m Happy. The job is always done right, and just in case I ever had a problem, my tech lets me know they can come out anytime in between services. That’s how far my tech goes to make sure I’m well taken care of.

Absolutely outstanding service! Rakeem was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He brought so much positive energy to our home. He went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure our home was pest-free. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the experience pleasant and reassuring. Highly recommend!

Zachary Lewanowicz was attentive to our particular needs, providing safe options for our family with young children, and was thorough in his treatment. We also appreciated that he swept our patio in hard-to-reach places with a long pole. He checked our crawl space. He dusted a small hole by an outdoor outlet. He's the best tech we've had so far. Matt was the Wild Life technician that came to my house because of a bat problem. He was outstanding! He did a very thorough inspection of my attic areas (3) and explained exactly what he found in each. Then he explained what steps would be done today and what needed to be done after August 1st. Did you know in NC (& other states) Bats are protected, you can’t do anything about them during breeding season June- August?! Matt did a great job securing areas in my home to prevent more bats from entering and educating me. I look forward to seeing him again after August1! Great job Matt! Thanks!!

I highly recommend working with Terminix in Raleigh. I have used them for almost a year now and am very pleased with their service. I called multiple "local" pest services prior to contacting Terminix, and all of them seemed gimmicky, wanting me to sign a contract and trying to convince me I needed extra services. I finally reached out to Terminix and they sent out a representative, Joel, who walked around my property and listened to my needs. He laid out their service plans and helped me determine the one that would best fit my needs (one initial visit, followed by bi-monthly visits). I believe there were also monthly and quarterly options. Terminix's pricing is more affordable than the other companies I looked into, their services are more flexible, and my interactions with their staff have felt genuine. I have not felt taken advantage of or pressured into paying for services I don't need like I did with the other companies. I unfortunately don't remember all my technicians' names but they have all been great. My most recent technician, Joshua, was friendly, professional, and helpful. They all take the time to listen to my needs and discuss an ideal treatment plan. Terminix automatically schedules your visits and it is very easy to reschedule if you need a different time.

Very satisfied with replacement installation of dehumidifier in crawl space. Drew and Alex were professional and efficient. They answered my questions and cleaned up the area very well when finished. Drew has been coming to my house for 4 or 5 years. Answers calls, texts, and service needs quickly. Guys, well done!! Thank you.

We love our tech, Ty. While we are renters, it’s hard sometimes to get technicians to talk with you about the issues you are having. Ty is always checking on us to ensure that we're not encountering anything new or any recurring issues. He provides advice and is eager to answer any questions we night have. We actually look forward to seeing him and checking in whether it’s about the service or just how he’s been.

Our tech, Ciana is great. Very personable, will let you know what she is doing on that visit, ask if you need anything else. Does a great job.

I've been a Terminix customer for a couple years now, and I am consistently pleased with the service. Today Rakeem came out to get rid of a huge wasp nest on my house that I noticed when I got home from vacation. He handled it so quickly and professionally!

Mr. Rakeem Hunter did a great job with our service. Any questions we asked he was well informed and was very professional. He made my wife and I Terminix experience a breeze! Highly recommended!

Rick provides excellent customer service and is a true professional at his work. He explained all the services he was doing and even explained what to expect. He asked me if I had any questions multiple times and gave me advice on what I can do in between services if I should notice anything developing. I pointed out a carpenter bee flying near my side entry stoop and he gave me information to get a trap and where to put it to deter them. I look forward to his visits in the future and feel 100% safe with his service and advice.

The Terminix representative that came by my house today was GREAT! Her name was Salem. She was SO accommodating and caring to my needs particularly those problem areas around the perimeter of my home! I truly have no real complaints (to date) as it comes to my services with Terminix or with this representative! Thank-you so much for your service!

My technician Ricky Bryan cares deeply about his customers and his work. He is always pleasant to speak with and makes sure we’re satisfied and comfortable each visit. Ricky is a gentleman and a hard worker. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

We have been customers of Terminix for many years with no complains on their service . Our technician Erick H. is amazing - he is very friendly, professional and helpful. He takes pride in his work and is very detail.

My technician, Terry Sullivan provided excellent service! He has an invitingly warm personality and pays attention to details (he remembers me and my situation every time) He took the time to check around the house inside and outside for signs of persisting termite damage. We had a problem in our house about three years ago, and since then he has come to make sure that the damage has not been further. Not only did he stop the problem. But he has helped prevent future problems from occurring, with his check ups. This gives me the Peace of mind, knowing that my home is protected from the unexpected and unseen.

Ricky Bryan has been an awesome tech! He comes out communicates, and always does all services. Rick and his customer service is why I signed up with Terminix.

Rakeem was great he waited until I got my dog out the way and looked over where I needed help. He gave me recommendations of what I could use for some fruit flies and sprayed. Terminix has been the best with all the creatures coming up during spring/summer!
