AT&T Store

I went to the location in Roxboro and it was the best! Brett and Sarah were both so knowledgeable and friendly! They helped me tremendously with more than I even asked and knew I needed. They made my experience so pleasant and a breeze getting me set up! They were the best! I’ll go back to them for all my needs regarding service.

Wonderful. Great customer service from the manager and Sarah.
Biggest complaint. No chairs there were three people working and only a couple of chairs and a bench my mother had to wait to sit down and she's 84

I had a great experience with Brett! He greeted me when I walked in and was very friendly. He and Steven solved my issue and got me a new phone relatively quickly. I highly recommend this location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Sales staff were kind and curtious. Brett, the manager, was very knowledgeable and thorough. The store was well organized and clean. Hand sanitizers were placed on the different kiosks. I would highly recommend their services. The staff took extra time to understand my needs & wants. I was very pleased with the manager.

I am not a tech person and they were so patient with all my questions and problems and they were able to solve my problems

I have had nothing but issues with this store in the past. I was even driving to Durham to the AT&T they’re just to avoid having to come here. However, when I called today, I was greeted with a very nice surprise. I came to the store to trade in my phone but Brett did so much more! I had several different things I needed to have done that I had forgot about & he helped me with every single one! He was very friendly & professional! Will definitely be back! —Crystal Walker

The lady in there is rude to us every time we come in to pay our bill. She's really short with us when she talks to us. I really don't feel welcome when I come in to pay my phone bill. I miss the old employees that used to work there because they were always really kind and pleasant. (Update) I gave back 5 stars because it seems like the lady I was talking about isn't in the store anymore and the new employees here seem to be really nice people.

Was acknowledged from the moment I walked in and did not have to wait. The staff was so helpful and patient while helping me decide what to do. They gave me multiple choices and explained well what the future bill and costs would be. I found the staff to be a good working team, interested in making me happy with my choices and that I could contact them if needed. Thank you Neeka, Adam and Luis.

My son and I went to AT&T store in Roxboro NC with a problem that happened in a Danville Va. store that they fixed for me and I was glad Antoine the Manager was there because we have been trying to fix this problem for 4 months which the Danville Va. AT&T store had messed up and it was terrible! Antwon with the assistance of AT&T loyalty group got on it fixed it in a matter of time so I was glad to travel to the Roxboro NC AT&T store from Halifax Virginia and I was very pleased. The staff that they have at the Danville Virginia store do not communicate clearly and are not knowledgeable of how things go and please be careful when you go there but if you want excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff please go to Roxboro North Carolina AT&T store the customer service was wonderful and they really looked out for me and my son. The staff at the Roxboro North Carolina store makes you feel important and your issues are important and they will not let you leave until they solve the problem so thank you good job guys and blessings

The new manager was so helpful , She knew all about the phones she was selling which was a plus she was patient with me also a customer came in she didn’t ignore them she let them know right away when she would be with them. Her customer service was outstanding and she even walked us to the door wow.. I love my new phone Great customer service in an age where everybody is rude thanks Ciciley

Reps were extremely helpful, knowledgeable of services, and overall nice people. I appreciate their patience and help getting my new phone set up.
