The sales process was great. No pressure, just the facts, honesty and understanding.
The delivery was right on time and flawless. They even rearranged the furniture multiple times until my wife was happy...joking!! They delivery men were very professional and showed me how to attach and detach and were done very quickly. Thanks you for everything 🙏

Great place with phenomenal selection on site and online. Very polite and courteous while helping me choose what I wanted. Customer service was awesome, loaded my purchase into my car for me. I love that they didn't try to push me into buying versions of what I wanted that were outside of my budget. If I need anymore furniture I will definitely be returning to Morgan's Mercantile.

This family owned store was an amazing find which I didn’t even know it existed.
From the minute I stepped on to the parking lot outdoor furniture area I was greeted with a smile and a big hello, no pressure at all.
Quality of products are amazing and if you want a deal check out the clearance section.
Needless to say I made a purchase with delivery.
So if you think products and folks were outstanding let me tell you about delivery. Outstanding and even set up the furniture dusted it and made it was working before they left.
Folks let me be frank, small family owned business is the way to shop you will not get this treatment from the big stores.

We were greeted immediately. Informed the sweet lady what I was looking for took me around and showed me. Asked if anything on sale. Sure enough it was. We bought our couch and I love it

Highly recommend this great hometown local business for all of your furniture needs. Recently purchased 2 reclining sofas to update my living room and was very pleased with the entire process of ordering through the actual delivery and setup. They have a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the time you walk in the door. Even if they don't stock what you are looking for they have a huge online catalog selection to choose from. What an awesome experience! Everyone was so polite and welcoming. We were able to purchase locally products that could be found in surrounding areas. The folks that's own Morgan's Mercantile are the reason we chose to purchase here. From ordering to receiving and loading everyone and everything went smoothly. They're like the Chikfila of Furniture. 😁. My favorite thing, their store hours for Sunday states "Gone to Church". Love this and definitely will purchase from them again for any future furniture needs.

The staff from Morgan's Mercantile are phenomenal! From walking in the door, to picking out my purchase, paying, etc, all the way to my items being delivered. Everyone is kind and helpful. We are set for a while, after my several trips to the store, but I will be back when we need more furniture in the future. Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love Morgan Mercantile! I shopped for a sofa, and bedroom furniture for over a period of 3 months during a total remodel of my home. During that time I visited Morgan Mercantile several times, comparing the sofa there to others. Each time, staff remembered me, answered my questions, and helped me compare and contrast to other furniture had seen while shopping elsewhere. I felt they wanted me to make the best decision for me, and was willing to do that. Once I purchased my furniture, they stored it for me until my house was ready, and delivery was perfect! They were even careful with my new hardwood floors! If you want to feel like family is helping you shop for your furniture, you can’t beat Morgan Mercantile!

The options online were large. The employees in the store were full of information and gave great advice. They did a great job of communicating about the details of the final delivery. We had a great experience!

A real Hidden Gem this furniture store has a little bit of every style you could imagine . Their extensive collection really surprised me from the outside the store looks small however when you enter you can see that it's packed full of great furniture at a very reasonable price. The manager Patrick had all the answers and was a great resource in helping to determine which pieces would fit and how to organize them in my home. It was a little bit of a drive for me but it was well worth it and anything I need in the future I know I'm going here.
