I've been here 4 times now and it's been a really nice place to have close to home. The people are friendly and fun to talk with. The beer selection is fantastic, too. They have a lot of different options on draft, and even more on the shelves and in the refrigerators to choose from.

We are lucky to have it within walking distance of home so we can have dinner then walk over to have a beer and a nice conversation.

Mix and match specialty beers and might I add they have great ciders and stouts. Also rumor has it that they are very big into the community and giving back where and when they can. So after a round of disc golf at Jones Park or after a hard days labor come on in and check out the tabs try a cider or a stout or business and grab a four pack for the home. They even have trivia I believe on Thursday nights from the food truck that they have on site is delicious. Parking you would think that it would not have much but in the evening time they have all the parking because nobody around them is open it is a very wonderful place. And the best part of it all is that they don't mind In fact they recommend ordering food and bringing it there. Dogs are welcome while vets are thanks for their service. Come on into the bottle shop the black dog bottle shop that is You won't regret it!

Great selection, on draft and cans to take home! Loved having board games to play. The staff are very knowledgeable and nice as well.

Always a great experience when we stop in. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Eager to offer suggestions and recommendations. Carry a nice selection of NC crafted beers and other regional selections.

It's nice, pretty quiet the times i am there with enough space to hide at a table or chat at the bar. Offer 10oz size for lightweights like me with about 20 beers on tap.

Black Dog is a wonderful place here in Holly Springs. Not only do they have a great selection of local craft beer for sale, they also have 20 rotating taps, good bar setup, and board games to play too. It’s more than just a beer store, it’s a great hangout.

They offer a great variety of beers and wine, along with tons of options to purchase and take home. Plus, they support Second Chance Pet Adoptions with in-store adoption events and donations...love it! Friendly service too!

Nice little bottle shop in Holly Springs. Great beers on draft and bottles/cans. Some bottles/cans in fridge can be purchased and consumed on site for extra $2. Flights of 4 beers for $8.

Nice little bottle shop! They have a pretty wide variety of canned beers to choose from. They have 20 beers on tap as well and cold cans to choose from to drink on site as well.

It's an awesome place to hang and enjoy some beer, talk to folks, and pet dogs. They always have a good selection on tap, and you always feel like you belong.

Perspective: I'm a beer nerd, that loves trying new beers. It's pretty much a guarantee that I will walk in and find at least a six-pack or more worth of beers I've never tried every time I visit.

The owners are crazy nice and give back to the community in lots of ways, so not only are you drinking some tasty brews, you're helping your neighbors!

Great staff that is very knowledgeable on all different types and styles of beers. The selection of cans, bottles and draught beer is very good. I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing something to go but if you have time, grab a seat at the bar (or table) and enjoy. Oh yea, the owners work with a lot of local groups on dog adoptions, etc. I can't say enough good things about this place and staff.
