This was my first time buying from any used car dealer. These folks were great to deal with and in fact great to just sit around and chat with! They are more like enthusiasts so with my particular car I actually learned a lot. Some of the bad reviews I think could have been avoided by doing what I did: get a pre-sale inspection. These sales are as-is so do your due diligence.

Raleigh Auto is the best car dealership I've ever done business with. I bought a car from them back in September, and have enjoyed it immensely since. The car I was interested in was a 5 speed, and had never driven a stick before, so they gave me an over an hour-long course in driving a manual in a nearby parking lot. Their prices were very fair, trade-in values competitive, and best of all Raleigh Auto Inc is family owned. I was in-and-out relatively quickly. Great group of people over there. 5/5!

Just bought my 2015 Subaru WRX STI from here, there team is super friendly and kind. Purchasing the car was hassle free and quick. The car was extremely clean and was detailed as I bought the car. It’s family owned business, the staff is very friendly and courteous. The car purchase is a pretty quick process. The cars on the lot were in good condition. Raleigh Auto Inc doesn’t just buy and resell cars they put TLC into their autos.

These people were great to work with and made it possible to fly in, buy my new-to-me car and drive it home. I have nothing but nice things to say about both them and the car, a 2011 Porsche Cayenne.

I couldn't be happier with the car I purchased, site unseen, (a first for me) and the wonderful hospitality I received from Raleigh Auto Inc. I bought a 2018 Maserati Gran Turismo prior to seeing the car in person, or driving it. I live in Tampa, flew in and first met Carol. She was terrific! From the time I got out of my Uber until I drove away, I felt incredibly welcomed. I finalized the paperwork in less that 2 hours and drove the car back to Tampa over two day period; so I got to know the car very well... Carol, Lloyd Sr, Lloyd and Peter were all wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I love that car and would highly recommend doing business with this family if you ever have to opportunity to do so.

I have read the negative reviews about this business. All I can say is I had a very positive experience at this business. I have purchased vehicles for 50 years (mostly used) and I found everyone there to be open, honest and friendly. I always take vehicles to my very reliable mechanic (even though the dealership assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition). My mechanic inspected it thoroughly and agreed it was in excellent condition. I always dread car buying, however I found everyone at this business to be wonderful to deal with. This is a family run business and I feel they value their reputation. They have a wide variety of vehicles, some older with higher mileage, which in today’s used car market is very common. With the price of new cars, some customers are in a lower price range for what they can afford. When you are buying an older, high mileage vehicle, unexpected problems can happen. Again, my experience was nothing but honest and positive! Thank you everyone at Raleigh Auto!

A family owned car dealer with customer service at its finest! Great vehicles with unbeatable prices. I bought a Wrangler from Raleigh Auto Inc., and I'm still enjoying my Jeep. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle in great condition at a reasonable price.

I purchased two Acura's from this dealership 18 months ago. They were quick and pleasant to do business with. They are very fairly priced. The MDX needed your typical maintenance things such as tires and brakes, and it was almost at the mileage for the timing belt, so I decided to have that done when I first purchased it. I also purchased a TSX, and the only maintenance it needed was brakes. I live 3 hours from this dealership, and it has been worth the travel so far. I highly recommend checking them out. But you need to understand this is a buy here, pay here, and they only accept cash. The dealership and the cars are not perfect, but they are priced below other dealers, and their vehicles are nicer. Both cars are running great!

Its tough to read negative reviews. I would be more interested to read how they respond. My story is that they had a vehicle we needed, reasonably priced and had the features we wanted. Yes the owner has a talking style that takes forever to get to the point, and even though he neglected to purchase my car in trade he was fair to us. The day after I drive it off the lot I find one of the led taillights are out. 84 bucks to replace. I called him saying that seems very odd, and without question he mails me a check for 84 and asks me to leave a good review. Who does that? Used car business is tough, and although others say they have been shady, my personal experience purchasing a car was appropriate and expected. I would recommend them but go in with the goal of listening carefully and if something goes wrong perhaps record your conversations?

I went to Raleigh Auto after seeing a Honda Accord on their website. I was very pleased with the service my Fiance and I received while wanting to trade my Altima. They were so helpful with the entire process for registration and returning my old plate. If you are looking to purchase a good quality, in great condition car I highly recommend this company. They are beyond amazing and I can't express how thankful I am to have stopped by.

Great family-owned business with good cars on the lot. Staff was friendly and helpful without pressuring like what's often expected when buying a car. The vehicle I found had a great CarFax with no accidents, just goes to show that they purchase good cars for their lot! Next time I need a vehicle I would definitely entertain coming back to Raleigh Auto Inc!
