This review is specifically about Dan, the owner of Floor Coverings International. We’ve known Dan for many years now and can confidently speak to his integrity, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction – traits that are increasingly hard to find. When we got our initial quote from Dan, he stressed the values of his business and the care he has for every job he takes on. When conflicts came up during our project, Dan proved that he is a man of his word. He kept up constant communication with us, always with a friendly and professional demeanor, and worked to address our various concerns until we were happy with the results. Of particular note was his tireless commitment to ensuring we were satisfied customers long after he had already been paid for the work. These exemplary qualities led us to hire Dan for two additional smaller projects, where he has continued to be helpful, reasonable, and easy to work with.

We just got a new kitchen floor from Floor Coverings International (Tammy Bliss) and it's been a great experience from start to finish. Consultation was thorough with lots of samples, Ms Bliss was very knowledgeable about all the products. The work was completed in 4-5 hours and the results are gorgeous. She really helped us pick the right product for our needs & lifestyle. The crew was diligent and let us know what they were doing every step of the way. They took great care with finishing up the job, too. Everyone involved were Covid-19 conscious. Great experience all around.

Tammy was professional, personable, and prompt! She put the extra effort the other companies did not offer while still maintaining a personal touch, plus she beat the price of the other 5 quotes we had already gotten! She came by on a time that worked best for us, took her time to explain all of our options after listening to what we were looking for. We decided to do the demo portion ourselves and them to put in the new material. During the demo process, she offered to come by and see how it was going and provide options to ensure the install date would not be pushed back at all. The day of install, even though the gentlemen that came to install the new material showed up on time, she was there with them to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted and to make sure I was comfortable with them before she left. The install was done in a professional and timely manner with no mess left behind.
I would definitely hire Tammy again and will be recommending to all my neighbors, friends, and family!

We used Raleigh Floor Coverings to update our ceramic tile floor to Luxury Vinyl Tile and our kitchen looks wonderful. Dan and his crew are the best.

We had a gym floor installed and it looks amazing! The floor was a special order so it took a bit to get in, but they stayed in contact with us through the entire project. Even did some clean up from the hard rubber that caused some scuffing on the walls and made everything look good as new! The installation was almost seamless. The only hick-up we had was the quarter round, but Dan stepped in and solved this quickly with great results. This was our first experience having carpets replaced and it was a wonderful one! Tammy and her team were great to work with! Tammy did an excellent job of showing us all of the options within our budget and guiding us through the entire process from start to finish! Her install team was very professional, did a wonderful job installing the carpet in the basement and on the stairs, did not leave any marks/scratches on the walls and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done! Floor Coverings International was a great company to work with. The sales rep, Morgan, was so helpful and helped us pick the perfect color and type of carpet for our home. He worked with us on pricing, possibilities of hardwoods versus carpet. Never tried to sway us one way or another. Always available via phone, text or email. The installers removed and replaced the whole house in about 6 or so hours. We were amazed. They were very nice and did great work. I feel like I have a new home again! I highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs.

Love my new floor. Had LVP installed and Floor Coverings International of Raleigh was fantastic along with the crew. They moved furniture with care, took their time and cleaned up. Great attention to detail. The owner Dan came out and check on progress of the work as well as final inspection. The salesman Morgan was very knowledgeable and brought many samples in the house. He also stopped by during the install. They have a van with a million different samples so you don't need to go to a store. I highly recommend them!!! Very satisfied!

Absolutely gorgeous work! Dan was wonderful to work with. He really took the time to understand my style and worked with me. He was excellent at communicating and very professional. The installers did a meticulous job with the patterned carpet I close for my stairs would highly recommend!

I loved working with Denise and Dan. They were so personable and professional and the carpets are wonderful. Denise took the time to make sure the color and texture were perfect for my rooms. The carpet came quickly and the installers did an absolutely fabulous job. I love my new carpets! My grandson says it’s like walking on clouds.
