Bell's Carpets & Floors

We were looking to replace hardwood and carpet in our house and walked into Bells carpet (since they were open on Saturday :). We are so glad that we met Carol Dykstra that day. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with us. She answered all our questions, gave us good guidance with the selection process and was able to schedule installation per our convenience.
Sal & crew came and replaced our carpets first. They were able to complete the job quickly and did a great job.
Then it was Jason and crew's turn to remove our old engineered word and replace with new laminate floor. Since our old floor was glued down, it took Jason and team some time to have all that carefully removed. Though it was taking time, they were patient with the process and once it was all removed, they were able to install the new floors quickly. Jason was also able to fix an issue with our floor which was caused by the builder.
During all this time, Carol was in touch with us and coordinated everything. Even when there was a need for some follow-up, she took care of it also very effectively.
I'm a very satisfied customer and will highly recommend the above team!

Our floors look amazing! Fred and Mike are the best of the best! We had new Hardwood floors installed on our entire first floor which includes our master bedroom. Fred and Mike made sure everything was perfect and they succeeded. 5 star all the way!

From the time we first stepped into their showroom until the carpet installers finished laying the carpet we bought, we experienced a polite and professional approach to customer service. We could not have had a better experience. The sales staff was courteous and responsive. The installers were very helpful in moving furniture and replacing it properly. I want to express my complete satisfaction with two recent installation jobs performed by Bell's Carpets and Floors. The company's own certified carpet installers were extremely professional, on time, very tidy and the result is beautiful. A few weeks later, the contract crew from Bell's repaired damaged laminate flooring and went well above the call of duty...searching for other areas that needed sealing, re-nailing baseboard trim and again, leaving the house perfectly spotless. Courtesy, quality and a good value is what I've experienced with Bell's. Highly recommend them!

I had never put carpet on a round stair case and decided to visited several carpet businesses to get some ideas. I knew pretty quick that I wanted to do business with Bell's Carpet. The staff is knowledgeable and can help you make good decisions based on your needs and wants. They were easy to work with and make the entire process very easy to do. I highly recommend them.

We recently had Belle’s Carpet install Mohawk Sensible III in the 2’nd floor of the house. We worked with Rhonda and she did a great job measuring the house and was very easy to work with. The installers were very professional and did an an amazing job. We would highly recommend Belle’s carpeting over any of the other carpeting stores and big box stores (Home Depot, Lowe’s) that are in the Raleigh area.

I recently replaced my sheet vinyl kitchen flooring with Pergo Extreme barber pattern. The estimate of the amount of materials needed was right on. The workmanship was superior. Careful measurement and cutting! The installer was very thoughtful about the layout of the pattern. He was thorough in cleaning up the dust and his work area when the job was completed. No regrets on this purchase.

Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with Bell's. Brenda was so helpful and knowledgeable. I found their process to be highly professional and reliable. Their installers have been with them for 15+ years, and it shows! Truly cannot recommend them enough!

Had the 2nd floor re-carpeted. The staff at Bells is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Huge selection of carpets. Installers did an excellent job, and were friendly and fast. We searched high and low for a professional carpeting company to put in a staircase runner and, thankfully, ended up at Bell's. Jerry offered outstanding customer service and was very patient in walking us through tons of samples to find the perfect one. He was able to give us pricing right away and even found a spot in the installers schedule before Christmas. Nothing was available initially but he made it happen. Our steps look fantastic! We will only use Bell's in the future...

Because of a past good experience with Bell's Carpets my wife and I contacted them to replace some vinyl flooring in preparation for a wedding shower. We felt a lot of pressure thinking about the possible complication of choosing a design and we only had a short amount of time before the event. We walked into Bell's and were immediately greeted by friendly staff. The displays were easy to navigate, the products were excellent, and the associate was not overbearing. She helped us the right amount and then gave us time to contemplate. She returned periodically to see how we were doing. She made it easy. Not just with the buying process but also with the scheduling. Bell's was very accommodating to get us promptly on the schedule. The associate went the extra mile by visiting our home to get the particulars for the install. What was even more amazing was the insane quality of work and skill that the installer had. I have contracted services both privately and professionally and have never met a more skilled person. It wasn't just the skill and the proficient speed in which the installer blew my mind but also the level of personal standard he had to make it just right in every way. I'm a stickler for fine details done right. I didn't have to say a word to him about any expectations. The lines were perfect, I couldn't find seams, the vinyl went under every door jam, and any carpet or wood areas that needed work at the doorways were met with precision repairs and cleaned up like new. I seriously almost cried when I saw the results. I could not believe it!

Installers not always careful, but did return to rectify errors. They should be as exact in the first effort. Bell's guarantees installation for 1 year: that's super!

Bell’s was exactly what we were looking for in a flooring company. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and Angie took care of us. She is very knowledgeable and helped us find the carpet we were looking for. Henry installed our carpet in one day and was a true professional at what he does.
