Horizon Auto Sales

So i bought a 2012 Lexus IS250 from them sometime last week. We saw a couple of problems but they offered to fix them and check any problems out if they saw any. After leaving a $300 deposit (which went into the car), we went and picked it up yesterday and its perfect. I’m incredibly happy with this purchase and Rasheed (I believe that’s how you spell it) helped us and nothing was drawn out, it was a very pleasant experience.

The Horizon Auto salesmen were professional and helpful. I was able to get the car checked out before I purchased it, and they were fair in their pricing. Just so you know, there is a $400 fee with every purchase, so factor that into your decision. Overall, I had a great experience with Horizon Auto!

My experience with dirty auto horizon was perfect. The staff is knowledgeable, responsive and available. They are transparent and give good advice for the cars. I recommend Said in particular who was very efficient, fast and attentive to my needs for the purchase of my car.

I just had an unexpected GREAT experience buying a car. My daughter and I were immediately greeted by the owner. We were responding to two vehicles we saw on car guru. They were in stock and on the lot ( no bait and switch) and at the deal advertised. There was no pushy salesman, just good customer service. We bought a different car but at a great price. Everyone working there was extremely honest and professional, and I was able to get a full understanding of this car among other great cars that they have. I have had this car for some time now and I still have no complaints whatsoever, top quality car! I had a wonderful car buying experience! , my Sales Associate Ahmed, was awesome! I knew it was going to be a great experience when he asked the following, as soon as I sat down with him...."What is your goal today? What are you looking to accomplish?" To me, that immediately let me know that it was "about me", not just about a sale! I recently bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra and to my surprise it was much cheaper then I expected. I've been driving for a month now and there seems to be no issues with the car. In any case, Ahmed is a very responsive person, also is willing to take responsibilities regarding the car even after the car was taken off his hands. They have nice cars.. Ahmed is very nice and honest. He negotiated a fair price for my car. I bought a Chevy equinox 2008. They sold the car as is. Only a few issues but not something that turns me off from this dealership. I would definitely buy another car from Ahmed/Horizon Auto Sales again!!!

Such a surprising find. Took all the angst out of car shopping. Value pricing along with exceptional helpfulness. Nice selection in a budget - conscious range. Made all requested fixes and double-checked all systems. Answered all questions. Cleaning crew is miraculous and meticulous. Easiest transaction in years. An informed buyer could not go wrong here. Purchased a vehicle there about three weeks ago and I have to say service was GREAT!!! and the car was spot -on ...I l love it !!I have been doing business with these guys for a while and I have never had a problem. I recommend them as having some of the best prices in town.
