I’ve bought this pre-owned 2020 Subaru Wrx premium at the Southern States Pre-Owned and I can describe the whole experience in a single word as GREAT. My point of contact was Brian, I never felt I was meeting him for the first time. His experience and knowledge about cars is remarkable and almost answered all the questions I had. I had the car pull out and ready for a test drive, drove it, liked it and closed the deal on the same evening. Brian helped from start to the end seamlessly in a very professional and efficient way, where all the paper work was fast and comfortable.
I even got the complimentary interior and exterior detailing done by Brian. Thanks for that.
I would recommend you all to go ask for Brian, if you ever want to purchase a pre-owned they have in stock or something that you are planning to purchase. I bet he would help you with all his expertise.

I've purchased two cars here in the past two years at great prices (both cars were Mazda 3 Grand Touring which I HIGHLY recommend). I shopped around a LOT and two times in a row I ended up at the same place because of the quality of the cars and the prices.

Bought my first car here and Brian was my sells guys, he was wonderful! He was so helpful and made everything so understanding. I would highly recommend Southern States and Brian there. He knew when I saw the car it was the one I wanted and he made it happen in the best day. It was 80 degrees outside and Brian wanted to make sure my car was detailed before I left the lot even in the hot heat. He was also supposed to go home early that day and he stayed late to help me! I had been looking specifically at a Honda Odyssey online. Within 500 miles, they had the best priced one. Lucky me, considering it was a less than 30 minute drive. Lol.

I met a car salesman named Brian. He was drenched in sweat because he wanted to wipe the car down for me before I arrived. I thought it was nice but hey, I'm always a bit leary of any kind of salesman right? Well he proved the stereotype wrong. What a nice, honest guy. He really does mean everything he says. Not once did I have to worry that I was having a fast one pulled on me, or that I was being ripped off without knowing. Example - I test drove the car and felt a slight vibration in the wheel. I told Brian when I got back and he right away said let's take it out again. He, being a previous mechanic himself, knew right away something was up. They told me they'd fix it and they did. I actually purchased it before it was fixed. He then a week later, DROVE to my house , picked it up, took it to the mechanic to be fixed, and then drove it right back to my driveway. Awesome right? Best experience I've ever had out of the 6 cars I've bought.

Jeremy, the Finance Manager, was also fantastic. No pushing things you don't need. I got a warranty because I personally wanted one, but not once did he try to force anything else. Super friendly,relaxed, laid back. I couldn't believe how fortunate I was to find this place. If I ever need another used car again I know exactly where I am going.

Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle my wife and I were looking at. After thoroughly going over everything with us, we ended up purchasing our first Subaru. We will stop by next time we are in need of a vehicle. Thanks again Southern States team!

Brian Mitchell & Jeremy Griffith are wonderful to work with. They helped my daughter purchase her 1st new Mazda SUV CR5. She is over the moon happy! They both listen to her/our needs and limits and fought to find her something. I would highly recommend these guys for your next purchase!

Gene is the man! Professional, responsive and went above and beyond to get a sale and help out. Gene made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of maintenance wise (did several recommended flushes,etc). We had one issue with the vehicle and Gene made sure things were taken care of NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I would feel confident coming back here for any future used car needs.

Bought car from Gene and he was awesome but after that down hill it went. A month after buying car paying the taxes and insuring it IM STILL WAITING ON MY TAG!!!!!! FEEL IM JUST GETTING THE RUN AROUND NOW. Even made first car payment and STILL NO TAG AND REALLY NOT GETTING A ANSWER ON WHY. Yes it was out of state purchase I'm from SC but still shouldn't take this long. Beyond aggravated is a understatement.

I recently purchased my car here after being in an accident that left my old car totaled and me waiting on insurance companies. Mike was incredibly helpful and transparent. He was diligent in showing me vehicles that fit what I was interested in. I ended up choosing a car I've been wanting for years that was, for all intent and purposes, a brand new car. I put a down payment on the car and they held it for me for a week as I waited for the insurance companies to finalize my old car being officially totaled. They found me a fantastic quote for financing however, that is less to do with the dealership and more to do with your credit history. Before we had even gotten to the signing though, Mike gave the break down of all of the factors of the final purchase amount and they still gave me a deal on the vehicle price after I asked. It never hurts to ask. All in all, it was the least painful car dealership experience I've had after having two cars before this one and going with numerous friends over the years as they shop for their own. I will recommend them to anyone in the Raleigh area looking for a solid pre-owned and maybe a donut while they wait.
