This was such a great way to purchase a used car at a great price. What's really amazing is if for whatever reason you are not happy with the car you purchased within the 1st seven days of getting it, they make it so easy to get you into one that's just right for you. The service is amazing and the staff was awesome!!! Next time we are in the market for another used car I am totally going this route again. Thank you for such a great experience

Great car and excellent experience!

Save your money. I bought a car from them and it lasted one month. Coolant reservoir was cut, car started running hot, then my engine got blown. The fact they don’t even give you a 30 day warranty at least is a red flag. Their prices are good, but the cars are not. I have two kids and now I have no car, that was all the money I had.

This place did not even earn one star. I bought a car yesterday September 21, 2020 and the car did not make it home. I have been calling the dealer back since yesterday and no respond. I went back to the shop today since 8:30 am until 11:30 am, no one showed up to open the place. I plan to tow the car back there and get my money back. These people will sell you junk. They are unprofessional, simply crooks

This man had us going back and forth to his hole in the Wall dealership 3 times in one week just to sell the VW to someone else. He initially said the car passed inspection which I’m not sure how when the horn didn’t work, a fuse was blown in the car so it wouldn’t read on the diagnostic so he said he would fix and replace everything then boom, he sold it to someone after just replacing the horn and not the fuse so you could test it on diagnostic machine THE NEXT DAY. he probably did me a favor but just wasted a lot of time 😂

This dealership lies and doesn’t keep its word. I bought a car from there, they lied and lied, and would not resolve the situation after telling me to come to them if I ever had an issue with the car. They told me they could do repairs for cheap and when I asked for help fixing issues, at my expense, they backtracked and told me it was against North Carolina law, thus lying again. Stay away from these shiesty liars, no matter how good of a deal the car is!!!

Looking for a car to buy and found one at this lot. The business hours show open today but no one is there. Called both numbers trying to get ahold of someone to meet me at the lot. First one never answered the phone, second guy answered and said he was at the auction but would see if his partner could meet me at the lot and would get back to me. After waiting a little over an hour I tried to call back and the phone was turned off. NEVER HAVE I EVER FOUGHT SO HARD FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MY MONEY! How do you run a business like this?!
