I’m so glad my friends suggested Hanna Imports to me! After having my car totaled, I was thrilled to be able to find at Hanna the exact car I was looking for, with low mileage, and at an excellent price. All the staff, from the original sales person through the financial guy were very personable and professional. I only wish that I lived closer, so that I could use their service department as well. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hanna Imports to anyone!

This was our second family vehicle we purchased from Hanna Imports. We traded up for a new model of the same vehicle we purchased there 8yr prior. We had another great experience (if buying a car can be a great experience), and it was worth the 2hr drive. Salesman Pursey was professional, personable, and helpful meeting our needs. I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Hanna Imports. I worked with Brandon and Bav in the sales department and they were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful while never being pushy. I had a few minor issues after purchasing and Brett in the service department was really exceptional. Brett prioritizes providing excellent customer service and personally ensured my very small issues were quickly taken care of which I really appreciated. By the time my experience with Hanna was complete I was left wishing I needed to buy another car from them!

The dealership was great, a sales representative named Andra Mccandies was patient enough to sit with me and work things out when I was struggling with my bank on the paperwork, he’s also very understanding and helpful, if it wasn’t for his help I probably wouldn’t of got the car I wanted. I’d 100% recommend him to be your sales representative if you’re looking for a vehicle. 10/10

We had a great experience there today. Marquise was spot on with returning my phone calls the day prior. Went by today and everyone there was very polite. Marquise was a pleasure to work with. He made everything run smoothly and quickly ad possible. The car I purchased has been spot on and I'm very happy with it. Drove it over a hour home and it runs beautifully. We will be back when it's time for my wife to upgrade.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of my 2021 Subaru Legacy Touring XT. I sat up an appointment with Mike Wehbi and had a good buying experience.

Our experience at Hanna Imports could not have been any better. The staff was flexible and efficient with scheduling a time for us to see and test drive the car on very short notice. Our salesman, Bavly, was extremely knowledgeable of our choice in vehicle and answered all our questions. During the financial part of the process, Bavly diligently worked with us, so we were able to get what we wanted. Bavly was a true professional along with all those at Hannah that were involved in the process of us purchasing our Toyota RAV4.

As far as buying a car goes, and we know it will always be higher than what we expected going in, it was a great car buying experience. Marquise my sales associate was wonder and patient. Walked me through what I needed in detail and let me have the freedom I needed to my my own informative decision. No pressure to buy at all. I wanted to buy by the end. We walked in to look at a specific car to purchase for our daughter. We met Fady who was fantastic from our first interaction. There was an issue finding keys since the car was in line to get serviced. He kept us informed of what was going on. He made an appointment for us to come back the next day and made the entire purchase enjoyable. I would strongly recommend setting an appointment with Fady if you are looking to work with someone who is responsive, knowledgeable and has a great personality. Big shout out to Donna at Hanna Imports! She took excellent care of us as our sales person! She got us a really fair (top dollar) amount for our Tesla trade in, made sure my antsy children were entertained with coloring books (she was also very kind to them), was very calm when I was not (THANK YOU!), and kept me updated the whole time. She was very much “on my team”, if you know what I mean. I didn’t ever feel the “me vs the dealership” mentality at Hanna. I think a huge part of that was Donna’s “I’m gonna take care of your attitude.” She wanted me to get this car as much as I wanted me to get this car. The day was long, but pleasant. I can see why this is a very busy dealership!!

We purchased a pre-owned Tesla Model Y from Hanna Imports. We had never heard of the dealership, but we found them online. We did not make an appointment, we just showed up to look at a few of the cars that we saw online. They looked great online, and they looked great in-person, too. Andra McCandies was our sales advisor, and he was great! Even though we live in Greenville, SC, we will be back for more car purchases in the future, and we will ask for Andra! We were also very happy with our finance person, Kevin. I feel like buying a car from a dealership is normally stressful, even though, it should be fun. Buying from Hanna and working with Andra and Kevin was fun! We will be back. They had a lot of great cars on the lot, and we were impressed with their selection, pricing, and service.

Another great car buying experience from Hanna Imports. Noah was helpful, professional and all over it from start to finish. We already knew what we wanted before coming into the dealership, and the price point was surreal. We bought a Tesla Model 3 with only 24,740 miles on it, this was a huge selling point for us. Hanna Imports has an array of EV vehicles to select from and you will not be disappointed.
