The mgr and staff were great!
Lost luggage and needed clothes for a week stay. Had been to two different outlets and most stores in each. They where the first to now there product and really want to help!

Mostly men's selection available. There was a bout a quarter of the store partitioned for ladies, but what was available was very nice looking.

I found a great button up long sleeve shirt for $20.

Anita and staff were excellent. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a Nautica store. I'm from Maryland but anytime going forward I come to Atlanta area I will always make sure to visit Locust Grove Nautica. Anita understands what it means to provide customer service. Definitely see her being promoted.

I have been doing business for years @ this Nautica store in the Locust Grove location. And I always had a good experience. But today my son and I went to the store just to look around. After walking around the store for sometime Anita made her way around to us. And I asked her about some shirts that my son liked but yet he didn't see his size. She took the time to ask some probing questions that allowed my son to open up and talk about some of his preferences. She went to the back room and came back with several shirts and colors. My son decided to get both of them and he was so happy. Thank you for setting the atmosphere for your Locust Grove store that is conducive to customers wanting to shop. Your attitude and energy is infectious!! Thank you for going over and beyond to provide awesome customer services.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time I’ve been in customer service for over 30 year and I may say from the time I called to ask if they were open until the time I left the store Papa exhibited excellent customer service skills he acknowledged me when I walked in the store very helpful while I was in the store and ended my visit with great closure

Love the quality of clothes. The guy that helped me today was very polite. Gave me space to search and checked in to get me correct sizes and offer suggestions on matching shirts and buttoms.
