Columbia Factory Store

I just left the store, and I had the most amazing customer service experience. Sharon is extremely attentive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist you. When I asked to check an item at a different location, she not only did that gave recommendations beyond what I even could have hoped for. This is the best service I’ve had in a very long time, if not ever.

I was returning some shoes that I ordered from their web site. The people made it so effortless and took care of me. They helped me find some shoes, which also turned into another pair for my wife. Outstanding customer service at this store.

I went to the Columbia outlet on Sunday May 15th. I want to just say the employees.... all the employees were the sweetest and kindest ladies ever. We were so impressed we came back to the store to buy more. This kinds of service is what makes the store thrive. Thank you Columbia fornhiring such wonderful people.

It would be nice if they had a bathroom in the store, but they have them elsewhere. I broke a hanger and the associates were super cool about it. They are in my opinion a bit overpriced but who am I to judge? We bought 2 clearance shirts that were discounted with an additional 2 coupons and it was still $29

This store is fabulous - great prices on well made clothes. An added benefit is the excellent service. Victoria helped me mix and match and found everything I needed - fast. I can wear my Columbia clothes to the office (business casual) or to the forest on a hike.

Great prices and staff. Get there early during the holidays due to lines and cars. Plan on going back up in January. Don't know why we haven't shopped at this outlet mall before since it's not far from home.

Got a lot of great deal from this store! Their prices were good, pricing was mostly easy to understand and that was a good thing. If I do return to the Tanger Outlets I will definitely return to this store.

Amazing finds. Think out of season and some in season . Prices are great. If you see it, grab it because it won’t be there . Staff is helpful. This outdoor mall has shade and chairs and is fun to visit .

Friendly ladies working in location. Had several sale and clearance items for women, men, and kids. Merchandise best for outdoor activities. Good amount of merchandise in store.

This Columbia Factory Store is amazing! They have a great selection of items and their discounts are insane. I got a fleece Columbia jacket for $10.00. If you are going to stop at Tanger Outlets you have to go by the Columbia Store!

The employees at this store are always ready to help if you need them. They are willing to look in the back for missing sizes and seem to like their job.
