This truck stop was not only clean but it smelled wonderful! The manager was so pleasant and greeted us as we entered! We
Could actually use the restroom and eat without feeling dirty! Thank you Pilot! Top tier!

This is one of the more family truck stops in the area it has food choices and is easy to get in and out of. There is a Wendy’s and a Dairy Queen inside. Plenty of pumps to use for gas and diesel in the back. Near to the interstate so a quick stop and refuel the vehicle and family with food and coffee. A lot of trucks on this exit due to the travel centers. But not a traffic congested area. This store is open 24 hours and is clean. Gas here is cheaper or normal in the state of Georgia. Good place to stop for all your travel needs and family friendly safe store

This is a quick and easy stop right off the highway. They have 10 regular pumps and while busy during the day, it is normal to low traffic at night. Bathrooms are clea . Staff were pleasant and friendly. They have a Dairy Queen and Wendy's at this location, but I did not visit either. Convenient, new, and clean.

This Pilot is cleaner than most. Fuel lanes were clear, all pumps operational, friendly staff..... And the people in the Wendy's were pumping out the food quickly to hungry drivers! All went well.

So far the bathrooms are clean the showers are clean the storage clean so far everything is good from where I'm at

can you park your automobile car here at pilot truck stop for 3 or hours my wife doesnt like to drive in Atlanta and will be in a extra vehicle

Had to spend my 34 hour restart here and no one gave me any issues, good clean location, friendly staff.

We travel with dogs and this location was so clean and free of debris and litter outside! Usually places we stop for gas have broken glass and other gross stuff we have to avoid for our dogs - this stop was as clean outside as it was inside (which was also spotless). We stopped at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night.

The cashies were nice and friendly and helpful. Coffee was fresh. Donuts were awesome. Restroom was clean and well stock. The layout of the store was different but clean and easy to get around it. There wasnt a long line. Truck parking lot could be clean. But it would help if the trucker would take a hand in it. It would stay clean.

Great Parking , Clean & HOT showers ❗ Friendly Employees , Fuel Isles Are Decent.
Easy Access to Interstate , Definitely will Continue to Give my Business.
Good Truck Stops Are Hard to Come By

This is a good Pilot. The employees are super helpful and cheerful. Everyone that I saw seemed to really enjoy working there. The bathrooms are clean and updated.
There's a Wendy's at this location that is really clean and the food is delivered quickly and cheerfully.

Stopped here on the way to Atlanta from savannah. Very clean and nice rest stop. Great selection of products and very nice staff. Has a Wendy's connected to it. Keep up the good work. Would highly recommend as a stop of destination for a recharge and refuel. Thank you so much for being there for us and hope to visit again soon on the next road trip.

Very proud of Jackson Pilot today, for starters I reserved parking thru the app early in the day once I knew shipper was holding me up and everyplace in Jackson is full at night, when I finally showed up at 11 of course all spots taken, when I went in after fueling to ask for my points back she said no sir we have a list and if your on it you get a spot.. they actually sent maintenence out to remove anyone that wasn't paid, by the time I parked it looked like 3-4 others had moved out, way to go Pilot, and on top that the showers were way cleaner than most I've been to and had great pressure with plenty of hot
Pilot really exceeded expectations today

We stopped by in the way home from Our Jeckyll Island trip and I want to Brag on those ladies in the Gas Station part ...they were the Sweetest Ladies and made me laugh too! Bathrooms are too notch clean and nice.Another Dairy Queen and the whole Facility is just so nice!

We stopped here frequently. The gas prices are always very comparable. It also has a Wendy's, a Dairy Queen, and clean bathrooms. A friendly staff. The truck stop is usually well-maintained. Close to the interstate.

In comparison to many other Pilot/Flyin J this location is very clean. Now I know where to go when near the Atlanta area. We too should do our part and clean up after ourselves. Some of those that will complain our the same ones that
fail to clean up after themselves and with many their dogs. It's my responsibility to clean up after my dog and disrespectful to everyone by not doing so. I'd like to say thank you to everyone at the Pilot in Jackson, GA.

This place is combo truck stop gas station, Dairy Queen & Wendy's.
Always people, coming & going.
Most of the time it well keep & invitingly clean.
Food has always been good.

Very nice and clean. Plenty of toilets. Plenty of different choices of restaurants. Dairy Queen etc. We did not eat as we had big lunch. Will remember for the future.
