HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This was an experience I'll never forget and the owner Sharita is AMAZING! I was looking around for options to send flowers to a friend who's in the hospital as a "Get Well Soon" gift. After speaking with different Florist who didn't really give me a good feeling about what I was getting I called Infinite Petals and just like every other call I explained what I was trying to do, looking for ideas, options etc... and Sharita was on it! She was born for this, I'm certainly reaching out to her in the future for occasions that call for Flowers.

I stopped into Infinite Petals on inquiry for a replacement ‘ money plantI’ . I’ve had one for years and finally mine had lost its battle. Lakevia is a lovely sales associate. She helped me get aquatinted with the 2 plants 🪴 they had on site. I ended up purchasing one of their mini money trees and I look forward to my continued abundance to pour in.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service and products at Infinite Petals. My experience with the company was stellar from my initial phone call to my sweetheart’s receipt of the floral arrangement. Service was very fast and the arrangement garnered major praise from the entire office! This type of attention to detail can often be lost when working with a national chain florist, which is why I prefer to patron small floral businesses directly. I will definitely use them again for all of my floral needs in the future. Hats off to them for being top-notch in all aspects of their work and products.

This store is a storybook. The owner is so kind and helpful. Her passion for what she does shows in her description of the beautiful and elegant flowers she grows. The store isn't a normal florist it is a true experience from the time you walk in to the wall of flower bears, to the wall of beautifully crafted flowers in a glass cover, to the fragrant flowers in the middle of the store waiting to be created/designed into a beautiful arrangement. No greater way to show your love and care for others. If you frequent Crabtree Mall check it out. If anyone asks about flowers keep Infinite Petals in your mind and check out the website.

I placed a custom corsage order for my daughter’s senior prom 2 days before her big day and Infinite Petals definitely delivered. Sharita’s customer service was impeccable from day one — from sending sample photos of her work, buying flowers and extra product specific to what I wanted for my daughter’s corsage, adding her expert opinion when needed, incorporating my last minute ideas, and responding to all of my questions in a timely manner. Amber’s craftsmanship was remarkable — she took every concept that I presented her with and created a perfect piece. My expectations were more than exceeded and Infinite Petals gained a loyal customer. I will definitely be shopping with them for all of my floral needs.

A great, no, an AWESOME service from Sharita, the owner. After she delivered the plant, I found that I gave her the wrong address. I called her and explained the situation. Even though she was 30 minutes away, she offered to go back and get the plant and deliver it to the correct house. Even though it was my mistake, but she did go the second mile. Sharita, I can’t thank you enough for your professional and your kindness act!!

I loved my bouquet that my boyfriend got me. It was so beautiful. The roses are gorgeous and they really took the time to make it look nice. The owner Sharita delivered it before I had to leave and I couldn’t have been happier.

I needed flowers delivered to Rex Hospital and Sharita did not disappoint! I called twice and got voicemail but did not leave a message. Sharita called me back based on caller ID. I always worry when I order something sight unseen but the recipient sent me a photo and they were beautiful. I purchased the designers choice and gave her a dollar amount I wished to spend. Needless to say, I will definitely utilize this florist when I need flowers in Raleigh! Thanks Sharita!

Sharita is so amazing! I needed a last minute spray for a funeral for the next day. Two other online flower companies told me they could do it but then called me 2 hours later to then tell me they couldn’t so I was desperate! No one would be open on Sunday morning so I needed them tonight. Not only did Sharita take on the challenge but she made a gorgeous spray for me with all the colors I wanted! And she did it so quickly! I will be forever grateful!

I went in to get flowers for a first date. Sharita and I talked about flowers were good 'first date' options and we put together an arrangement. My plans fell thru that night, but she hand delivered it to a local restaurant where we were having breakfast the day after! Great arrangement, great service, and great experience!

Great business. Found this place walking in the mall looking for an anniversary present. Their selection and quality of material were amazing but what will keep me returning is their customer service. Extremely nice and very helpful. I had scheduled for my flowers to be delivered at 9am. I then realized my girlfriend would be leaving early for work so I called them back. Sharita, the owner, was willing to deliver them at 6:30am. Yes, 6:30am. I am impressed and wish more businesses show the care that she did. Thank you!
