Petal and Fern at 5 Points

I just received flowers from Petal and Fern for my birthday and they are absolutley the most gorgeous flowers I have ever received. What I love the most is how unique they are and the use of all the beautiful greenery. I hope this florist is around for a very long time, I will recommend to everyone I know!! I ordered a birthday arrangement from Petal and Fern and the flowers they created are absolutely gorgeous! Their customer service, design skills, and quality of their work is fantastic. I would highly recommend them. This was the first order I placed with them but it will definitely not be my last!

After speaking with 3 other nearby florists on the phone, it was such a relief to get Collette on the phone. I haven't even seen the flowers, but she took so much time to make sure she got the delivery details and knew instantly what I needed to surprise my friend at her opera competition. The level of interest and understanding that she placed into my little order made me feel very comfortable that the arrangements were in good hands.

As a Designer, I am extremely picky about my floral arrangements. I always give very sparse direction and Davenport has always exceeded my expectations!

I have picked up for 30th birthday bashes, baby showers, had delivered (and received a photo via email just to ensure I was happy)!

I have never once had any portion of a complaint with them!

Outstanding service is only surpassed by simply beautiful flower arrangements. A week with the flowers in the sanctuary does not pass without compliments for the designs. Our members are always thrilled to see the gorgeous work that Davenport at Five does for us.

Ordered a simple flower display for my fiance who was traveling without me. They made the display great and delivered it 2 hours later to the hotel! Super friendly on the phone, definitely recommended.

I selected Davenport based on a google search and I was blown away by the customer service I received! Carlette kindly walked me through a few floral options and helped me select the best option for a b-day gift for my mother-in-law. She then personally delivered the flowers in a snow storm, making my mother-in-laws bday extra special. Thank you Carlette for going above and beyond to brighten my day and my mother-in-laws! This shop is wonderful and I would highly recommend!
