Ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered the next day! She Loved them! Bright happy flowers better than what we expected! Definitely highly recommend!

Carlton's goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction!!! They actually remade a flower arrangement for me when someone ordered delivery not knowing I'd be out of town for a week. I couldn't believe Carlton's was so gracious about the mix up. I won't ever get flowers anywhere else!

The service I received from this florist was exceptional! I called for a same day delivery and the flowers had been delivered within a few hours. The recipient said “”WOW!”. Thank you for the great customer service and obviously she absolutely loved the arrangement she received! Also the delivery service was above and beyond making sure the flowers were delivered as instructed, and then the florist contacted me to let me know the flowers had been delivered. AAA experience!

My husband sent a bouquet from Carlton's to me on my birthday and they were absolutely gorgeous. They had to have been incredibly fresh as well because the arrangement stayed beautiful for such a long time. I'm sure if you factor how long they lasted compared to less fresh, less expensive arrangements, they are a real bargain.

Called to get an out of state delivery to Martha’s Vineyard in MA and Carlton absolutely delivered! The conversation took less than five minutes, I paid over the phone, and a few days later my mother had a gorgeous arrangement delivered right to her door! Thank you so much! Often I find on busy floral holidays, quality is lacking and arrangements die quickly but with Not with Carltons. Great looking bouquet, however, I agreed on a price of $85, flowers were delivered and I was billed $105. If the tax and delivery fee jumped the price $20, I would have like to have known up front. Seems like common sense to me.
