I really enjoyed checking out the Crew Outfitters store. They have lots of bag tags, accessories, badge holders, pins, and other small items. If you work for Delta, you’re in luck because most of the items they carry (as far as clothing goes) are embroidered/tailored for Daddy D. They do carry lots of luggage as well (Briggs and TravelPro), so it’s nice to be able to check out the different sizes and styles before making that commitment.

Absolutely the best. I used a bag and realized it wasn’t the right model for me - they took it back and on my second attempt I bought the perfect bag for what I wanted. So nice to have people locally that are willing to work with you and genuinely care about helping you find the right products.

Had a great experience here finding some nice shirts and getting some items tailored. Good selection of bags and flight crew specific items.
Russ was extremely helpful and professional. He is clearly passionate about his work and went the extra mile to ensure I had my shirts exactly as I wanted them and before I had to leave Atlanta. Thank you

Crew Outfitters is the go to for travel needs for a reason, and that reason is that they are really, really good at everything they do. Whether you need uniform items or travel gear, Crew Outfitters is the place to get what you need. I've been buying there for over 20 years. They have a wide array of options available at a very fair price.
In particular, I would like to thank Mr Russ for his simply outstanding assistance in my recent purchase. I needed a crew bag for a friend of mine, and Mr Russ helped me navigate all my options and prices over the phone, ultimately resulting in the purchase of a bag that is a great value at a fair price, and exactly what my friend will need. Mr Russ went above and beyond to get everyone what they needed. He was a remarkable professional and gentleman, an asset to Crew Outfitters, and a true credit to himself. He is the new standard of excellence in my book.

Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. I felt welcomed the second I stepped inside. The layout is open and airy. The selection is vast, and there’s a lot of items for non-pilots.

I was looking for something in particular which was not on the showroom floor, and the employee took it upon herself to rush to the back to see if they had it in stock. When she returned, she let me know that they didn’t have it in stock, but gave me the exact date when they would have it in stock, and asked if I wanted them to contact me at that time. That’s great service.

Love this place. The staff is super friendly & always treats us right. Always. They’re more than willing to help out on product recommendations & to just chat, w/out being pushy. I buy the vast majority of my gear here for those reasons. If I could give them an exceptionally rare sixth star I would.

This place is great. If they don't have it in stock, they will completely bend over to find it for you. Russ...or Ross was amazing to work with and the manager made sure everything was perfect!

For airline crew members, they offer legendary service at this location. Took a couple of uniforms here for alterations and they came back perfect each time. Their turnaround time is fast so long as they aren’t trying to facilitate a new hire class at the same time. Russ makes me feel like family each time I come in, and it truly is a pleasure doing business here.

Called and placed a telephone order today with Jeff. I wanted to use a gift card that didn’t have quite the balance to make my entire purchase and Jeff was able to make it happen seamlessly. It just so happened that my neighbor was in Atlanta to swing by and pick up my item and he was able to make that happen seamlessly also. Thanks Jeff!

Always a pleasure to shop here. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Today I went in just looking for a new bag to carry my flight gear and the gentleman that helped me was super friendly and took the time to help me make my selection.

Our dear friends who are a flight attendant and pilot higly recommended this place. We were hesitant as we are not flight crew at all. Well you wouldn't know it by how we were treated, Russ and his colleagues took such good care of us we came back a day later for another purchase. Russ then came out to the car just to shake the hand of our son who serves in the Army. I will never buy luggage anywhere else. These are good people who have quality products. Thanks!!!

The new store location is so wonderful.
Their completely renovated building is beautiful, clean, attractive and super inviting....
1000% improvement from their former store & the location is even better.....plenty of parking and you can still walk from the Delta headquarters building.

And one of the best things is now they’re carrying lots of new merchandise and fun items as they expand their inventory to spoil us. Good values!

Real good options for airline employees and police. I've never been to a store like this, and they carry unique items you don't see anywhere else. The employees were friendly and the store was very clean and we'll kept. The luggage was a wee bit expensive, but they have discounts for people in the industry, which helped out quite a bit for our purchase.

Great service with respect to luggage exchange/repair. Non Delta and been shopping with this shop for 20yrs.

The tall guy, I think he said he is janitor, is always helpful and very knowledgeable, they should promote him to sales. Staff is always friendly and products are very useful. The luggage works brand is the best luggage I've ever owned.
