I went shopping with my sister last Sunday (12/03) and the staff was very friendly and courteous! I'm in the early stages of transitioning and whether or the staff noticed, I was treated no different than any other customer. The employee working there asked if I needed help, set me up with a changing room and rung me up with a smile. I left with a dress, skirt and earrings and love each piece I bought.

I totally love my Francesca’s dresses. Staff is super cool and helpful. I got dressed as well as earrings from here. Will come back here with friends.. 😊

Kelly and Laura were working in the store during my visit. They were very friendly and helpful. They didn't rush me out at closing time, and they helped me ways to save the most money. The store was having great sales, and I was very satisfied shopping there.

Unbelievably amazing customer service!! I walked in and was the only one in the store, and I was on a mission to get an outfit for my friend's birthday weekend. The catch is that I'm extremely particular about my style, and that on this particular day I only had one hour to shop. After browsing with both employees (Samantha and Laura) for a few minutes, they put me in a fitting room with several pieces to start, and kept bringing new things to try. In an hour I had my perfect outfit and out the door with a discount AND a new place to shop on my lunch break. I've always walked around Francesca's stores but never purchased, but this particular store will get my business again!

Francesca’s in this location is amazing! The staff assisted me with my outfit and provided great customer service. The store is well stocked and super organized. Happy shopping!

Cute stuff. I bought two pair of sunglasses for about $20. Good place to find gifts for Mother's Day. There are also unique items for brides. For example wine glasses and knick knacks that say things like "Mrs".

Great experience each visit! Affordable clothes and trendy accessories. Customer service with the manager is exceptional. I only shop at the CV location because of her.

I love this store but not this location. I prefer the one located in the mall, it gives different vibes. I think this location is staffed completely by college kids. I don't blame them, they're probably bored and tired, but someone should teach them about good customer service. It's super awkward when you're the only one in the store and the employee doesn't greet you and completely ignores you. A simple "hey, can I help you with anything today?" would go a long way.
