Excellent work and even better customer service! I took my Honda Civic to Roxboro Auto Body after I hit a deer to have some front-end damage repaired. They were quick to accommodate me within a reasonable amount of time and were very responsive each time we communicated. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the insurance company and they were patient with me as we worked through it. I can't say "thank you" enough to Krystal and Brandon! The car looks brand new and even looked like it had been washed and vacuumed before it was handed over to me. I will definitely be using Roxboro Auto Body again for my automobile needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto body shop!

Brandon has a great eye for the little details. I am EXTREMELY OCD about my 06 black TSX and wanted a shop who cares about quality work and not just chase a dollar. This is THAT shop!! Roxboro Autobody painted the hood and roof of my BMW coupe due to sun damage. The staff was great and the paint job excellent (it blends in with the rest of the car so you wouldn't even know it).

Deer got me on 501 12/30/2020. Not being from NC I was completely clueless who to call, use, trust. I got lucky that this was the closest body shop to my friend's house. I felt better once the tow truck got there to haul me to storage for the holiday weekend. Brandon and his team were AMAZING! I can't thank them enough for the kindness and speed at which they fixed my vehicle. I was able to return to NC and pick up my car in just about a week. Now, as far as my car - WOW. I mean seriously guys, your detail work is TOP NOTCH. I am not kidding when I say that my car did not look this good the dang day I bought it! WOW!! We had one hiccup and that was on my end, and that's being resolved but all in all, if they would have me back, I would return to them without a second thought! All my friends in the 919 area, keep these guys in mind. EVERYONE was fantastic. I wish I could hug you but ... COVID. 🤣

I have taken three autos to these fine folks for repair. I travel almost an hour to get to his shop from Wake Forest and pass many other body shops along the way. I realize that I am a bad customer, I am looking for perfection. I want all the seams tight and uniform, the paint to be feathered in just right and for you not to be able to tell there was ever any work done to my vehicles. Brandon does an excellent job. He is a young man with a great work ethic who takes pride in his work. Both traits seem more uncommon than common today.

I was reading the google reviews on the website and I agree completely with all of them. Brandon was so accommodating and wonderful. He talked me through the entire insurance process and helped me with a rental car. He kept me updated throughout and the result does look exactly like it just rolled off the showroom floor!! Thank you all. You made an awful experience bearable!! I cant recommend them highly enough!!

Hit an animal with front end damage and decided to take a chance on this shop. Well, the experience could not have been more pleasant. The owner, Brandon, was always available by phone or a quick stop in.
He's professional and very detailed and the pride in his work shows.
My Audi now looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor.

Great service. They worked on my Rav4 to replace the front bumper and had it done the same day I dropped it off. Wondeful folks to work with and they had my Rav detail cleaned as well!
