Friendly and helpful service with a good variety of what you’re looking for. It’s worth the drive if you’re not in the immediate area. I was looking for a specific product and decided to call ahead to make sure before making an empty trip. The associate actually placed me on hold and went to look for the item. Once she returned to the phone, she confirmed it was there. I was impressed! It has been so long since I’ve experienced good service in a retail setting.

When I arrived at the store, the associate immediately recognized me by asking, “did you call on the phone?” She had placed the items to the side for me to purchase. I appreciate her efforts. I didn’t catch her name but she was light-skin, plus size with long black hair or braids and I think she had freckles too. She’s a great asset to this location.

No long lines and the store was neat and clean.

Staff were extremely nice. The sales going in we're outstanding. There was a line due to how packed it was for the sales. It was your ideal shopping experience. No complaints other than the long lines at check out. The clothing was folded and properly placed as it should have been. Oh I did have a sweater that had the wrong price on it but that was no biggie. Plenty of size options available. Overall the store was clean.

William was amazing! Talk about excellent service ❤ He helped me find the right sized pants for my husband. He went to the back searching for me... not once, BUT twice... he even cane from behind the cash register to open the door for me and my son who was being pushed in a stroller. BRAVO William🙏🏽 just in case there is more than one William, he was black with dreads ☺

I love old Navy! I think its the best clothes for your dollar, low prices and good clothes! Would definitely recommend! I got some new jeans here the other day and they fit perfectly and were-I believe 60% off! Such a Great Deal!

They had a really good sale, the main reason for me coming was for Jean's. They had plenty of them on sale, so I brought plenty. The store was very clean, and really busy. Check out was speedy, and cashier was helpful.

This is one of the biggest OldNavys I have ever been in. The store was well staffed with knowledgeable associates. Ring in an outlet mall... this location stays packed. We were here on a Monday during the summer and waited in line to pay for 25 minutes and that was with 4 cashiers.

We started out with a goal of finding bargains for family that is in need of clothing in Haiti. We visited every clothing store at Tangler outlet searching for great deals for them. We were about to give up but my husband said let's try one more Old Navy department store . I'm so glad we went in. We found what we came looking for really good low price shirts we can now send to our families in Haiti. Thank you Old Navy our trip was not wasteful!

Great store, lot of options, and great deals. This ends up in lengthy lines on weekend shopping. If you have heavy shopping, pick coupon book from Tanger outlet store, sometime you get 15 to 20% discount when you shop specified amount.

The clearance section of this store is where it's at!!! I bought my daughter a 9.99 pair of leggings for .97 cents! We've gotten so many deals here!!!
