Bloomingdale’s is best in class. My experience here has been exceptional. We have purchased many items from this store, including the Armani suit worn to our Coronado Wedding.

On one occasion, a security device was mistakenly left on one of our items. This was mostly our fault, as we were chit chatting about our wedding. Well, we live 30+ miles away. How did this company respond?

They sent someone out to our home with the tool to remove the device. No questions asked.

Love this locale as it has a Cafe/Bistro inside for lovely snacks and treats. They also have smoothies and other delicious food items to choose from. You can sit and enjoy your tasty treats, and preview all the Beauty collections right across from this spot in Bloomingdale's.

My daughter wanted red cloth napkins and napkin rings so we shopped at Bloomingdale’s, renowned for its exacting standards, customer service and flawless return policy.

We enjoyed perusing their housewares section and my husband found an ornament for our tree.

I bought a Ted Baker dress a few days ago and realized it was on sale today. I can’t express enough how wonderfully helpful and resourceful Josh was today. I got my price adjustment in minutes. We really enjoy our visit to this location whenever we are in the area. There are 3 floors to explore with great high quality merchandise from various designers from around the globe.

Came to pick up some shoes for the wife. They had excellent inventory. More inventory than shoe stores in the mall. Gentleman helping us out was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Very nice store with a fantastic range of high quality goods. This store has departments covering every need - home, cosmetics, fashion etc. Prices are high but so are the quality of the products and the shopping experience.

Mrs. Silvia in Men's suits department and her alterations team were absolutely amazing. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about Armani and Hugo tuxedo suit sizes and fits my son's groomsmen. Their extravagant personalities were a plus. Also the woman in men's Cologne were awesome as well. You gotta come visit,and smell the world. They've got fragrances from almost every country. We could not have asked for a better experience!!

Outside of the rude attendant who didn't answer to my good morning and greeting, my experience today was okay.

Ask for MAYRA or TABI (Chanel) - These ladies are simply AMAZING. I get my Maison Francis Kurkdjian Paris perfumes from them. My faves! But the whole staff is nice, they greet you with a smile and you can tell they love their job. I love Bloomingdale’s!!!

You all know Bloomingdale's, but I think it's still ok to say it's one of the best run department stores in the US. This one at Mall at Millennia is great.

I won’t go into detail about Bloomies dropping the ball on a gift I purchased and had wrapped /sent from their store and subsequently delivered to the incorrect address. While the mgrs were “investigating “ where the gift was for over two weeks, Angela from the kids department saved the day. She made things right within 24 hrs. Angela went above what the mgrs did. She should be commended for doing a great customer service job and retaining a client. Thank you again Angela for going the extra mile.

Such a BEAUTIFUL store in the Mall at Millenia in Orlando, Fl. Three story's of shopping with everything from home goods, mattresses , designer clothing, jewelry, makeup & so much more. Staff if friendly & store is open from 10 am -9pm M-S..Sun 11-7
