I consistently receive great service at this UPS location. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I come on a regular basis for my shipping needs and have never had anything but a great experience.

Associates are always helpful, efficient and very friendly even when their busy.I have been going there for years and I have never had a problem

Amazing staff always clean and organized also always fast no game playing, I seen many comments here on Amazon returns and alot of people don't READ there instructions, TheUpsStore are not responsible for boxing or taping your return UNLESS your Amazon says no packaging requires however if you need your label printed UPS DOESNT GIVE FREE PRINTS INK ISNT FREE ITS JUST ALL COMMON SENSE PEOPLE. If have used this store years to do little things. Employees are always very friendly and know their jobs.

I return many Amazon boxes here as long as I put it in a package never had a problem. And since this is walking distance makes it so much easier.

They must have finally realized they had to accept Amazon "no box no label" packages because I just returned 4 items that were "no box no label" returns and they had no problem with it and were very nice and professional.

Finding people who care about the quality of their work is hard to find. The experience at this UPS store really was phenomenal and blew me away because of how well they took care of my need. I had a lot going on already, and I had to ship a large item last week (a printer), and the team immediately went to work on it after weighing it.

They gave me a fair price and were trying to figure out the best way to package it. I had to catch a flight from MCO and they took care of it after I paid and left. I received the package today and it was double boxed, and triple cushioned and you can tell they took time and put THOUGHT into the best way to ship it to me, down to labeling it fragile and padding the boxes to ensure nothing damaged the boxes too. Thank you so much for such concern and care for my belonging. I'm going to follow up with the store owner and manager to thank them as well.

Unfortunately I did not get a name of the employee who was assisting me, a Moroccan gentleman, but he was extremely helpful. I had several questions regarding international shipment with customs, so he had to call customer service to get information in regards to regulations for packages. I didn't want to wait, so I left my number and went home. He called me less than 15min later and gave me full, thorough information in regards to the topic in question, quickly and efficiently. I do consider this going above and beyond, and very grateful for his time and effort! He's a very valuable asset to the company.

Since becoming a customer there since 2009, I had never endured any negative impact with employees. My favorite dealing with their professional services are that I could call to check upon mail instead of making blank trips. Location is great with traffic flow, and quick shopping or even you having a crave for a quick bite at one of restaurants!

Great job by the UPS employees at this store. They assisted me in getting my package boxed and shipped. They are a very talented and professional group of employees.
