Pretty busy place, but the folks are very friendly. It would be better to come in than call. I saw phone calls get put on hold and were not picked up for the whole 15 minutes I was there.

They always have what I need. I haven't ever been here and said "Dang, how do I get something you don't have?" The parts which are not original seem to be of good quality. They have a good selection and can order whatever strange thing you need - usually next day from their warehouse. Hard to argue with their game.

Five stars just because they had the odd Part I needed. Advance Auto Parts, is only two blocks away from me on Route 70. However I called them and they were out of a part. So they checked route 64. I called Route 64 Advanced and they put it on the counter for me. It was an oil cap for a 2015 Honda Accord.

I don't typically do our car maintenance. It was raining, I obviously needed new wiper blades. I stopped in your store. A bearded gentleman, Curtis assisted me. He helped with my purchase and installed them! He checked the fluids. What a great employee. Thank you

I pop in here every now and again. Last I dropped off 5 batteries for recycling, one of the staff was kind enough to get me a cart and actually helped to move the super heavy batteries. Always had good service here

Great place, knowledgeable staff. They rescued me from a bad starter.

A gentleman named Kenny (Kenneth) help me with my dead battery, helped me, and assisted me with what my best purchase options were. In this day and age, when people don’t seem to know how to do their jobs l, he was more than Thorough, kind, and personable. He totally deserves credit when it’s due….and it is OVERDUE.

Went in for headlamps and something to reduce carbon buildup. Was helped by Ken, who was courteous and shared his extensive car knowledge. Good customer service is not dead after all—it’s alive and well at this AAP location. Highly recommend!

Needed some penetrating sprays and lubricants to fix F150 automatic running boards. Staff was super helpful and took me right to the shelf to select what I was looking for. In and out in 5-10 minutes. Love that

Top notch service staff, well organized store. Kenny replaced my wife’s battery in the parking lot at about 90% with a smile on his face. This is how an operation should be run. Highly recommend.

Ken at Advance deserves five stars today. I had a weak car battery and my hands full with my two year old son. Ken help me right when I walked in and swapped batteries for me. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I greatly appreciate his assistance and will be coming back.

Manager was all about taking care of the customer. Came in to purchase six golf cart batteries. Price was excellent. Manager actually reduced price to beat all other competitors. The manager also took it upon himself to grab a cart and come outside and help retrieve the old batteries and place new batteries in my trunk. We then began talking about cars and car finishes he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Yes he up sold me on some car polish and cleaning materials that I was so desperately in need of just never got around to buying because so many different types on the marketplace did not want to purchase something that didn't work. However he took the time to go to each brand and explain the pluses and minuses he selected for me what he thought was the best for my needs. I have used every item that he selected and it was top notch well chosen thank you my friend.

This is the closest brick and mortar auto parts store to me. Often I can't wait a few days for a repair part. Also they recycle used oil here.

I have been coming to this Advanced location for a long time and the staff is great! Daytime and nighttime service is excellent, and despite how busy the place gets, they still provide the best service possible! A few people seem to have left nasty untrue comments about new employees, but they should understand that most people that are not a prodigy need training when they enter a new field. Staff is very polite and even if an employee truly does not know the answer to an odd question they will always try to find someone that has the answer. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend!

Shay is the best, great service and attitude!

Went in to get a new battery this week and Johnny was super helpful. He recommended a battery and had the new one paid for and installed within 10 minutes! Overall a great experience and my boyfriend said that Johnny was one of the friendliest employees he’s ever encountered at an auto parts store. Thanks for your help :)

Stopped in to get my battery replaced and expected to be there for an hour like I have experienced at other establishments in the past, but was in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you, Austin! Quick, efficient and reasonably priced.
