We decided to go with Dr Vu who was with Leeward Medical after our Family Practice doctor moved to the Beach. We had our first initial visit and scheduled a second for results. Dr Vu informed us that he was leaving to go back to Gulf Coast Hospital. We just wasted time and money going to a place that cannot keep doctor's

Their billing department is awful. Unable to apply payments to correct accounts, will not return a phone call, email, Facebook message, tweet, etc. Even if you do talk to somebody they still can’t fix the problem. I have sent three emails, left eight voicemails, sent 2 Facebook messages and 2 tweets. Obviously they don’t care

Update: they have corrected the issue, after I contacted the owner. I have also received a follow-up phone call from somebody named Patrick!
