Publix Pharmacy prices are much more than what I pay at Amazon pharmacy. Amazon pharmacy delivers my prescription to my door in 2 days and costs less. They automatically ad any coupons so that sometimes the meds are less than what I would pay if I went through my insurance.

Just ordered a med that was $15 at Amazon and it was $23 the last time I got it a Publix. The one before that was $9.95 at Amazon vs. $13.95 at Publix. These are small amounts but it's the same for more expensive prescriptions.

It takes Publix sometimes a week to refill a prescription whereas Amazon does it in two days and delivers it to my house. I used to go to Publix for all my prescriptions but not anymore.

Management is rude, price errors are corrected and am told that errors aee o ly corrected if it's something they do in store. If it's wrong on line it's not their fault. Definitely not the way Publix says they are. Not satisfied at all with this location

Very poor customer service. The receipt said it as the pharmacy manager who cashed me out. They were so impersonable. No smile, no greeting. Just "name, date of birth". when the prompt came up on the machine asking if I had any questions or wanted a consultation about the medication she reached over and clicked "no" for me without asking me if I had any questions. I did in fact have questions which I researched myself. The other issue at this location is the people in the small pharmacy cannot see the line where people wait. The two time I used this pharmacy I had to call back and get their attention after waiting for a minute with nobody seeing or acknowledging me. My interaction with the pharmacist was also dissapointing. He stood at computer typing never making eye contact with me while trying to have a conversation with me. I feel like I am being treated very inpersonably there. I have used Harrisons Pharmacy for years. They know my name, offer warm greeting when you walk in and always give the best customer service. My wife had the prescriptions filled at Publix and I told her I wouldnt pick up for her there again.

A few days ago I go into this store which i have been going to for several years every so often, and had the worst experience. Employee in a corner laughing and looking my way with another person instead of being helpful. I left my cart for 30 seconds to grab something in isle, 2 came back it was gone. Long story short same employee laughing in the corner employee brings the cart back found in isle 14 says a lady had taken it. He could have saved me the aggravation and anxiety. cruel and disrespectful!

I wish I could give them no stars at all.. All that they do is cause an inconvenience. Apparently my prescription has been expired for 2 months.. And instead of telling me about it to make an appointment, what do they do?! Contact my doctor themselves and asked for an extension. And now they tell me I have no more in my refill when I asked months ago to warn me when it's about to run out so I can do my appointment for a refill at a more favorable time. This same exact thing happened last year and I thought it could be avoided. This is horrible..

Since Michael Left this place has gone downhill. Staff is rude and RPh is annoyed when you have a question.....HINT: It's your job.
