The ladies here were so sweet! They stayed past close to let me finish trying on some clothes- I hadn’t realized this until I checked out and saw the store hours near the door. They stayed friendly and professional the whole time and offered to put my clothes in the fitting room so I didn’t need to carry them as I browse. Even after their closing time they didn’t rush me or told me how they were closing. They were even patient enough to chat with me and comment about how I looked like Park Shin Hye (a Korean actress) and talk about the kdrama they’ve watched. Overall, great shopping experience!

Ordered online. Shipping was efficient and blown away by the quality of the Knit I ordered. Was eyeing something similar for $200 but only paid $25 here and it’s the same material.

Came to Madison today to try and find a nice dress for a gala. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I gave them an idea for what I was looking for and I was shown around the store to look and try out many options. Spoiler alert: I found the dress and it's PERFECT.
Along with a pair of shoes and earrings which I would never expect.. who finds all 3 in one place?
Staff is very kind, I've been here before and they don't lie to you if it's not right. That's rare! Love this boutique, love the staff, 5 stars for.sure.

Love this store so so much! It has been my favorite since high school. They always have the cutest clothes and unlike some stores around then the customer service here is great! I’m always greeted and welcomed! The woman with long blonde curly hair is always so sweet and comes to check if you need any size changes. They do a great job taking care of shoppers without hovering!

I went to Madison Boutique in Cameron village for the first time today, and just fell in love with the store. I met the kindest associate working named, Kaitlyn, she made the whole experience such a fun experience!

Since moving to Raleigh, Madison has been one of my favorite places to shop. They have bright, colorful attire and friendly service.

Great prices, sales and staff! Literally treated me like royalty the minute I went in there, picking out clothes and being super nice. I highly recommend this store!

They have some really great pieces here. The employees are super sweet and helpful. I like the selection here better than in north hills!!

Love Madison! They always have a nice selection of clothing at affordable (boutique) prices! The only downside is that they only carry a few of each style, so they run out of XS and S sizes rather quickly.

Gave them a second chance (because I had to given that my “refund” was a gift card…) the dress I got is incredible quality so I’m not mad at that. AGAIN the shoes did not fit and were horribly uncomfortable. No where near the quality of the dress. I go to return them and get charged $5 to return it FOR STORE CREDIT YET AGAIN. I understood the policy would be a gift card this time. BUT TO CHARGE RETURN SHIPPING ON STORE CREDIT RETURNS!? absolutely unbelievable. I am sure your good reviews are in store because your online experience and policies are horrendous. As soon as I spend this last refund gift card after losing more than $115 dollars to you people I will never be returning. This has truly been a nightmare.

Make sure you ask about their return policy BEFORE you make a purchase. At checkout I was told 30 days with receipt however, they failed to mention for store credit or exchanges only.

way overpriced. i got a real zenzii necklace for less then the fake one they were selling here. shop delta belles, prices MUCH better.

Horrible place, You are stared at once you walk in, I was not even helped upon entering, I am a bigger woman and i kept receiving very judgemental stares. Disgusting. Do not shop here.
