Very happy to say that we had a great experience with Craig at ACC Auto. Our family purchased a 2015 Toyota Sienna with the final sale going through this week. Since we live out of state, we had to get a loan ourselves before we could get the vehicle. Thankfully, we were able to get the loan approved that day, and once the loan cleared, we were able to get the van. Craig was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient with us needing to take the extra steps because we were dealing with out of state and getting the loan proceeds through. Very grateful for a salesman who actually did everything he could to look out for us, rather than looking out for himself and the quick sale he could have gotten from someone else. My husband and I recommend Craig from ACC Auto. Plus, the price was great, and Craig gave us all the trail of paperwork on the vehicle, which allowed our DMV to be sure everything was clean before issuing the new title.

ACC treated us like family! Gave us an amazing deal on a car. Took care of my daughter who is in need after getting into an accident that wasn’t even her fault. She was so happy to find a car she loved and ACC did everything they could to make it happen. I couldn’t ask for more. They even held the car for us while we went to find a way to get the money together to make the purchase. I’m sure they had other people looking at that car but they were willing to wait on us. A GREAT experience!

Let me start by saying that I NEVER buy cars from used car dealerships. Used car dealerships typically buy cars at auction, clean them up, do a quick mechanical inspection, and sell with zero knowledge of the car's history or how it's been maintained. You're really just rolling the dice.

That is NOT the experience I had with ACC Auto. They knew the history of the car, provided a complete Car Fax report up front (for free), and answered any and all questions that I had before I even went to go look at the car.

Upon arriving at the facility I was extremely pleased to see that the car was EXACTLY in the condition as advertised online. No trick photography with weird angles to hide anything, etc. Al gave me the keys and then did something that I've never experienced from a sales person before.....he left me completely alone to let me go over the car as much as I wanted without any disruptions, distractions, or sales pitches.

I really appreciate the way these guys do business. I felt that they were open and honest with me from the start and I would happily do business with them again in the future.

My experience with ACC Auto has been amazing. They are a new dealership and they really go out of their way to accommodate their customers. They helped me find a car that fitted my needs without trying to push me to buy something I didn’t want. I needed to obtain a NC driver’s license before I could purchase the car I wanted, and Al, the owner, was able to hold the car for me until paperwork was complete. He even offered to pick me up from my home on the day of purchase, knowing I wouldn’t have a way of getting to his dealership. The car also drives great and I have no complaints about the purchasing process and the car itself! I highly recommend Al and his dealership.

If you are in the market for a car look no more. I was pleasantly surprised to find a honest salesperson These folks are great. We stopped by on the way to the beach to look at a car, and wow what a nice person Aladdin was. Answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions. Not a pushy salesperson, was just like talking with a friend. Ending up buying the car and picked it up on the way back home from vacation. All the paperwork was complete, all I had to do was get in and head home. Highly recommend them.

We wanted a Lexus RX-350 with under 20,000 miles on it. Al, the owner and the main operator of ACC Auto, found a 2020 RX for us with about 15,000 miles. Throughout the whole process Al was totally honest and transparent. The price we paid for the car was more than fair. When I took the car to a Lexus dealer for service, they could not believe the price we had paid for our car.
Although we live in Virginia, we purchased our car from ACC Auto and Al because of the word of mouth and a friend’s recommendation who had dealt with Al in the past.

We had a car that we needed to sell and wanted specific amount for it. Al was very upfront to let us know he couldn't buy our vehicle for that prize we are asking to resell so he suggested adding it to his inventory and sell it as a consignment. He sold the car just as he promised and gave us a check. He is very professional, very clam and true to his word.
