McDonald's

It was quiet and pleasant to sit down and eat inside after a long train ride. Food was excellent and service was satisfactory.

It was great I have to say all around Charlottesville it is one of the best McDonald's to do to the employee base is always there and they do there best always only time I've ever seen an issue is on training day but that goes with saying on that day they should have extra help because whenever a manager is trying to train someone they should be able to do so to there full potential so as that person there training can have the same potential I don't no maybe it's just me but facts are facts it's a great restaurant I was just there one day recent and they have great service they always do great but they had four trainees and they just simply got orders mixed up a little bit and it was just simply very busy at the time but they all still did great handled every situation and faced any order they got misplaced accordingly it's just my honest opinion thanks and have a great

Stopped to grab last minute breakfast on a journey north. Excellent, very friendly service. Best hash browns I've had in ages.

The McDonalds on Ridge McIntyre Rd in Charlottesville, VA treated customers with excellence. I appreciate the staff attitude and willingness to assist customers thoroughly, patiently and with a smile. Kudos to the manager and his staff.

When I dont eat breakfast at jak n Jils I get thru bacon. Egg and cheese biscuit and sweet tea. Often becouse im out working

I like to order online so my food is ready to go and I bring home enough for my mother and me. I love their mango pineapple smoothie!

Service is very slow, but over all food and atmosphere are nice.

This McDonald's has some really great workers. They are not any faster or slower than any other McDonald's I've been to but the friendliness and accuracy is really good. They used to be bad about leaving napkins and utensils out but for the last year or so have gotten extremely better. It's as if they've really focused on that issue.

Quick and friendly service but be sure to check your order if going through the drive-thru. You might not get exactly what you asked for. I wouldn't normally mention something like this because accidents happen but it's happened more than a couple of times. I still go there... I just go inside now.

Yes, yes, yes....Just wanted to congratulate the McDonalds on Pantops for hiring the new assistant manager, new to me- David. I met him while he was taking my order Sunday afternoon. He came up and was very polite and friendly, gave me information about some of my choices and it was just a great experience all together. Thank you McDonald's for hiring a great addition to your team. Differently two thumbs up.....!

Great service!! It is clean also. You have to hear the woman in the drive thru sing. Such a beautiful voice!

There was a long drive-thru line but got through it quickly, the order was correct, and food was hot and fresh. Great job.

I was having a bad day because my grandfather is in the hospital and I had gotten food from the McDonald's in Gordonsville, they messed my food up. I hadn't realized it until I got to Charlottesville and and went to this McDonald's and I explained to them what happened and they fixed my food and even remade the stuff that was right. I've never had any issues at this McDonald's and they will definitely continue to have me as a customer.

They were quick with our order and included everything we asked for. Very friendly employees.

Well... my family was looking for a place to eat and so first we went to Burker King on pantops and the service was awful, the wait was atrocious and the employees were very rude. But then we went to Mcdonalds and the service was like no other. The employees were very polite and unlike Burker King on pantops, the McDonald's could actually provide a delicious meal for me and my family. Five stars, keep it up.

I just got the freshest McChicken biscuit and hash browns @10:55am on 5/24/20. The ladies in drive thru were super nice and the service was quick. Thank you all this morning for a great breakfast!

Drive-thru was fast there was a line but it moves quickly the service was very friendly very clean restaurant
