Roland greeted us at the door and offered to help. He listened to what we were looking for (my wife had done her homework) and didn't try to sell us anything. He let us try the mattress we asked about. Stepped back and ket us talk. Then answered our questions. Once we were satisfied we made the purchase and he made the transaction easy. We much appreciated his method. Not pushing!

This mattress was so good. I used it for just a few months to help with my injuries and as able to give it away to a person who was suffering from pain and it's helping them also. Thank you!!! My sales representative was completely awesome. He was a black man and I was happy he looked out. I felt right at home with his customer service. I believe he's the manager. I don't remember he's name smh

Had a great experience here shopping for my first new mattress with help from Roman. He asked for my preferences and made recommendations that fit my budget which made the process a lot less daunting. It was a big decision for me, so I deeply appreciated that he was very friendly and patient during the process while I was trying out different ones back and forth. I ended up really liking a hybrid one that’s not on the 4th July sale, but he offered me the sale price anyways, which was awesome!! He also explained in detail the different shipping options and offered me advice on what to do. They also take all forms of payments including Apple Pay which made it easy. They also offer a generous 3 months trial period, which I hope I won’t need but still nice to have. All in all, very friendly helpful people and really great prices compared to those shops advertised everywhere on social media!

I had just got into Charlottesville the night before—and needed a mattress for my apartment. John was very helpful and courteous as we went through the best options. He helped me find what I needed quickly. And it was a friendly introduction to my first day in town.

Marianne is the best! She listened to what my fiance´ and myself was looking for and the budget we had to work with and she made sure we left the store with a brand new bed that worked within our budget and gave us the best deal possible! I went in thinking that we would be wasting our time to even look at the beds but because of her dedication to making her customers happy we were able to leave the store with a wonderfully comfortable bed and an awesome experience. we will def be recommending this store to all our family and friends!! Leon was knowledgeable, courteous, and an exceptional representative for Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm is very fortunate to have an employee of his caliber to represent them. He listened to what I wanted, and didn’t want in a mattress and helped me find the perfect. I’m a very happy customer and I’ll be back for any future mattress needs. :)

Tiffany Wood was an exceptional sales lady - probably the best we've had when shopping for mattresses. She insisted we try many different mattresses before making our choice. Her knowledge of each mattress company was exceptional, and we are delighted with the one we selected at her store. Delivery was also exceptional - notification the night before giving us a two hour window for delivery and a call from the driver as he was getting near our house. They were right on time, and cheerfully carried in the box springs and mattress. We were very pleased with Mattress Firm and would recommend them to any customers looking for excellent service.

Came in after an Orange Theory workout to take a look around, left with a fancy mattress, adjustable base and the whole nine. Leon was a blast, took great care of us and was incredibly personable. The phenomenal discounts were the icing on top. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to try some mattresses, just know there's a good chance you'll leave with one ;)

We told them what we were looking for in a mattress and we tried probably 10 different ones but went with the first one they showed us! They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. They even took the time to help us find just the right pillows and I think I tried all of the ones in the store but again they one they recommended was the best. If I need to buy another mattress I’ll definitely go straight to them and not the internet, which for me is really saying something. Thank you!!!

This place was great. The Sales Rep Tiffany helped me and my Fiance get a bed that will help us both get the best sleep there is. Her customer service was perfect she had a great personality and she knew exactly what she was talking about. When you go to Mattress Firm I HIGHLY recommend that you go to Tiffany.

Marianne was fantastic as was the complete experience start to finish. I phoned the store because I found out I needed a split queen box springs to fit up the stairs of my new house. Even over the phone the customer service experience was top notch. She worked hard to get the item to me as quick as possible and at a great value. The delivery experience was just the same. They confirmed delivery schedule and called when on the way. They were efficient and courteous! I would definitely purchase from this store again!
