Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Tucson Tech Park

The hotel is newer and in great condition. The breakfast was delicious with numerous options. What really made my stay noteworthy was a staff member who went above and beyond. I was passing through and needed something mailed. Haley H. tried to print a label at the hotel but the program wasn’t working. At this point she offered to mail it on her way home from work. Talk about service! Thank you Haley!

Clean room, pet friendly and good location right off 10. Updated rooms, beautiful bathrooms and smells nice. Very happy with this location… and I have standards. 😁

Hats off to the management. The person at the front desk (Alicia) made you feel as if you were being invited to someone's home. She is the epitome of 'World-class' service. Something rare in today's hospitality industry. I have traveled to over 43 countries and will rank my experience near the top.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was impeccable. The front desk girl,Alicia, was amazing and deserves a raise. She was there when I got there. My daughter had already reserved the room for me .Alicia had everything ready. She also recommended an excellent Mexican restaurant. I had a very, very good experience and would recommend it to anyone.

The place was super clean. Everyone that worked there was so friendly. First class service.

The rooms are clean and well-kept simple. Our room came with the option of breakfast and that was good. Just a basic breakfast offering cereals, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, potatoes, a waffle bar (delicious), some bread milk and juice. And of course coffee. The service was really nice and attentive.

The front desk clerk Rodrigo was excellent and really made sure ALL his guest were cared for and their taken care of. The facility is in great condition, housekeeping does a great job and the decor is awesome too! Breakfast is on time, and has good options, parking is plentiful and well lit and this facility has VERY easy freeway access but you do not get the freeway noise. 10/10 would stay every time I come to Tucson to see family.

Good hotel on the southern end of Tucson, close to Hwy 10. Easy access to Vail, Tombstone, Patagonia.

This location is very clean. The hotel staff are very courteous and professional! Any problems with your stay or 3rd party payments are handled quickly and effortlessly on your end! Would LOVE to stay here again!!!

First let me shout out to Alicia at the front desk... She is one of the best humans in the planet and her customer service is top notch.... she took care of my mom's stay I made for her at the last moment so beyond words wonderful I cannot thank her enough...it was just a stop on the road for my mom to CA off i10. I'm super picky as I travel each week and I'm very overly thankful grateful and blessed by this A+++++ customer service she provided was wonderful. Her restaurant recommendation was amazing... and my mom couldn't stop talking about how great everything was. Thank you hilton and for the Supah Stahh girl you hired! You nailed it!

Shout to Nate at the front desk - he went above and beyond to help me find some lost items, reviewing security footage to help me locate them.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, good value and the continental breakfast is decent. Gym and pool are a bonus.

The check in staff was very friendly. The heated pool was nice, albeit a bit colder than the hot tub experience I was hoping for.

I spent longer in the shower than I did in the pool, because I was looking for hot water.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and well stocked.

Nice new place. Clean room ,awesome A/C and good breakfast .Nice location close to my job and the front desk personnel were very kind and respectful. The hispanic lady working the breakfast kitchen greeted me with a smile every morning. I sure did appreciated that being away from home.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are large and updated style . The furniture was accomadating. Nice sized television and good channel selection. The bathroom was very nice . The shower was refreshing good water pressure. If I am ever on that side of town and I am in need of lodging I will visiting again you can count on it.

GREAT stay. SUPER clean rooms! SUPER clean hotel. Friendly staff. Not far from the freeway. Love the way they have a pet policy. Nice pool area. Free breakfast is good. Uber Eats has many delivery options to this hotel. Which is a plus if you don't want to leave hotel and simply relax
