Today my husband has been all over trying to find a part he needed for his older style backhoe (it's some style of little springs for the motor) and he decided to stop by AutoZone and check. Low and be hold they had what he was needing and the gentleman that help him was so patient and understanding of my husband's frustrations that by the time he was able to confirm that they had what my husband was looking for my husband was in a better mood and has calmed immensely. You have some great workers working at the store in the Houghton Town Shopping Center on Old Vail Rd. Thank you 10++++ Stars

Connor assisted me in checking my battery and was kind enough to find me an affordable battery that was available since my car broke down in the middle of doing my work and also went above and beyond to install my battery for me into my car. Thank you Connor and thank you AutoZone you guys are doing a terrific job!

Had a lovely experience getting a new battery here. I purchased a new battery here but when manny (a manager) came out to help me put it in he noticed i might have a warranty and sure enough i did. He and another employee (betty) helped me get a refund. They truly have exemplary customer service.

Men and my pops stopped in having vehicle issues and needed to get a code. The representative did that for us no delay. When the code was checked, there was no solution ( an in house part ), the representative went to visually check. You had the part and is was relatively inexpensive. It fixed the problem and we were on our way. Thank you for the great customer service and quick service even though there were people in and out all with questions. Keep it up.

The salesperson that waited on me and diagnosed my car was phenomenal. When he did the readout he explained to me exactly the code the part and what it does and where it was located at I will go back there anytime I'm going to look for the same guy I didn't get his name that's the only thing that bothers me that's my fault.

I had purchased a battery in 2018 and it seemed to be the likely culprit for my car issues. I took it to this store where I originally purchased it, and my suspicion was confirmed. However, when swapping the battery, an employee stated that the model that was in my car did not match the one tied to my customer profile for the warranty. Suffice it to say, I was shocked and not even remotely anticipating an issue like that. Darrell took over, looked over everything, asked me a few questions and was able to swap out my battery for the proper model.

Darrell literally saved the day, and I couldn't be more grateful for his professionalism & expertise.

Simply put, life during Covid is hard and this store delivered assistance when I needed it the most, on a Monday morning. I was running late for work when my car wouldn't start, I got a jump and drove my car straight there. The old battery was tested and the new battery installed, all by them, took less than 15 minutes start to finish. Great customer service while dealing with rude customers, I'll be back again panic driving into the parking lot next time I have battery issues.

Customer service is very warm and accommodating!
It was my first time to try Auto Zone and Nathan J. gave me a very good impression of how well they treat their customers.
He even gave me options to choose from and tips which I find very helpful specially for someone who is not too familiar with auto mechanisms.
I will surely make auto zone my partner for my auto needs.
