Ramada by Wyndham Viscount Suites Tucson East

For a family of 6 it's great, a little on the pricey side but worth it when you are here. My kids went "exploring" the first night we were here and had a blast looking for the pool area. When they found it my kids said it was so pretty and when I saw it I couldn't agree more. Friendly front desk ladies, house keeping is on top of their game. The breakfast is nice as well. So I would say it's a great spot to end up at either for a vacation or a staycation.

I had a wonderful stay at the embassy suites by Wyndham Tucson. The hotel is located in a quiet and scenic area, overlooking the city skyline and the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a separate living area, a sofa bed, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The bed was very cozy and the pillows were soft. The bathroom was also well-equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries.

The hotel offers many amenities to make your stay enjoyable. There is an outdoor pool where you can relax and swim, a fitness center where you can work out, and a business center where you can use computers and printers. There is also an on-site restaurant that serves delicious breakfast every morning, as well as an evening reception with drinks and appetizers. The staff members are great including, check in personnel, breakfast staff and maintenance staff. Very peaceful and beautiful on the inside and out. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice relaxing getaway.

Staff was super nice and friendly. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. So amazing beautiful place to stay. Full breakfast in the morning with eggs and sausage. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!

To start off the customer service was amazing they were some of the best customer I have seen in a long time it is very rare nowadays to find such great service. The rooms were a little outdated but they were still nice and very spacious and clean big television and super comfortable beds. All around a very nice place I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is a little older and a bit rough around the edges, but the rooms are comfortable and the staff is excellent.

Great room upgrade, spacious and clean.
Couple of renovation problems affecting my stay: tub was plugged up ~ only one trash can in a large suite & no plastic liner ~ housekeeping okay but missed one night of the three with no cleaning, coffee & towels, coffee maker kaput my last morning ~ Cable was not ALL up, only a few low key channels available.
Management and key personnel were efficient, professional, caring and polite !

Its obvious that this is a locally owned hotel by the attention to cleanliness and the guests needs. From Carrie the director who patiently and respectfully listens to my concerns and answers my questions honestly, to Lisa the manager, and Jasmine a front desk clerk that immediately take care of my requests. Im a single parent who has my 2 boys age 6yrs and age 10yrs 60% of the time. I want a hotel that's safe for my children and my vehicle and yet won't break the bank. This is it! Its classy. I can work on my laptop in the beautiful Atrium by the fountain listening to cool jazz. Its quiet and peaceful from your room........yet, Ive always been able to go down to the south atrium on a Friday or Saturday night and engage in some meaningful conversation with a new found friend also staying in the hotel. This place is an amazing bargain. Less than a star pass or Ritz but very high quality.

Checking in was quick and the ladies at the counter were very nice and friendly. This is my first time here, so far so good. The room is a very nice size as well.

Just off the chain nice. It was quiet and comfortable. We were there until right before check out. Had to enjoy our money. And we did!

This hotel is an EXTREME VALUE despite all the whiners on here. For the budget price you're paying, there is nothing worth complaining about. It's very obscene to expect 4 or 5 star hotel quality when you're paying budget price. I will definitely be staying there again next time in Tucson.

Check-in was quick and easy, all the room "perks" were there (shampoo, condition, soaps and lotion). The real star of my visit was the woman serving breakfast. She was AMAZING!
She took excellent care of my service dog, Bubba and me. Bubba left the hotel fat and happy, stuffed with bacon and waffles. We had a great visit home to Tucson.

One of the cleanest and affordable hotels I've seen in Tucson! Multiple businesses all linked together in the lobby and the rooms are very well designed and well kept. This place does it right!

This place is so comfortable and the breakfast is amazing

Oldie about to be updated, I suppose: Now it's joined Ramada (Wyndham), so I imagine major renovating will be happening soon. But I much appreciate the charms of older buildings! Recently I spent some several hours checking out this landmark with staying guests and here's hoping future upgrades don't wreck the ambiance here - like maybe new carpets and a better atrium fountain feature than the lawn sprinkler effect I laughed at would be great. The restaurant is amazing - for me this place is a future reference keeper!

Heidi and Lisa were wonderful they allowed us an upgrade into the suit 346. Room was very spacious and a delight. When you travel 365 and in a truck with wifey, its nice to have separate rooms to watch separate tv's.. thank you for offering us a wonderful place to stay and the peace for a night, will definitely see when I am back in town.
