Carter's Ace Hardware of Crystal River

Not only are they cheaper than the huge "home" supply company in CR, but they had the plumbing parts that the big store and the local plumbing supply store did not carry... andnit was 1/4 of the price. GREAT customer service and selection!!
AND did you know that Ace backs their Ace Brand products with a Lifetime warranty? I didn't until today when I had to return something. No questions asked... they just gave me a new one. I will ALWAYS go to Ace for any home and garden supplies from now on. ❤

Arrived at time of open, store was staffed well, when I walked in I was greeted and was told the correct isle to find what I was looking for, good prices and they had multiple things i needed in stock, i bought more than i had originally ce in for.

Stop there looking for a cotter pin the young lady at the cash register point it me in the right direction right away, after coming back with two of them she told me it would be a total of .55 cents i proceeded to pay with a five dollar bill she than took 55 cents out her purse 👜 and told me to consider it southern hospitality. I was totally suppressed by her kind action. Thanks to the management for having such valuable employee.😀

Thank you to Mr. Jim for helping with finding items that I need to fix the electrical wires in my condo. I learned a few things from you like junction boxes and liquid nail product, and GCFI. Thank you for making a frequent summer visitor feel like home whenever I go to an ace hardware!

The manager of the store went above and beyond to help me find the correct parts and even install them. She is amazing! Best customer service I've ever encountered.

Shelly is always so helpful. She offers fast, friendly customer service. She knows Ace Hardware's inventory/stock, so well that I always leave with exactly what I needed. I appreciate having our hometown hardware store, so easy to get to and shop at-- without they crazy masses at W*lm*rt!

One of the best prices in town for propane. Staff is always helpful and friendly. It is a small store so selection is limited. They have always been able to get me what I need. Getting in and out of parking could get hairy at times.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The store is well organized, stocked and SUPER CLEAN!!! They have pavers, mulch, grills, power equipment and about anything else you might need.

Went there today for the first time by chance as I was driving buy. There prices were great and customer service was second to none. I stumbled upon this ace after leaving the ace in inverness. Which was disappointing because there price were ridiculously high and customer service was terrible

I live equal distance from two Ace Hardware‘s😃 I prefer the one in Crystal River🤗 management and staff are the best 😊I use a lot of stainless hardware and their price is competitive with Amazon and other on line places 😃I recently needed a 5 pound propane tank and they were five dollars less than Amazons best price plus they were able to get it in in three days which I was in a rush for at the time for it🤪they also acknowledge customers that have or currently serve in any of the US military branches by giving a 10% discount 🤑

From out of town but use ACE at home. Going into store at Chrystal River was greeted very quickly and give me great advice for everything I needed. THANK YOU ACE As the slogan goes ACE IS THE PLACE
