Best Western Innsuites Tucson Foothills Hotel & Suites

Upon check-in, the front desk clerk, Patrick, was SUPER friendly and helpful! Had some great recommendations for Things to Do and Food to Eat. Even informed me that Tucson is recognized as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy (It's a real thing!! Look it up!) which has drawn some amazing top chefs to the local scene.
Also, rooms were clean and comfortable. Felt safe and quiet. Breakfast was typical and very stuffed in their tiny "Cafe" but we ate outside so it wasn't a problem.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The clerk that checked us in and out (can’t remember his name but he was from Alaska and very nice!) gave us a free room upgrade to a suite while we stayed here for 3 nights! He even gave us our choice of location for the room. We got two free chocolate chip cookies when we checked in and from 5-6:30 they have a happy hour in the bar and each guest gets one free wine or beer plus some popcorn and one day they even had chips and salsa and cheese dip. The complimentary breakfast was great each morning with fresh cooked scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage and biscuits and gravy, waffle makers, yogurt bar and juice and hot coffee! Several nights we enjoyed the use of the heated pool and hot tub outside and it was very relaxing. I was super excited about the jacuzzi tub and bar area in our suite, it was great! Super comfy beds and pillows and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in Tucson. Thanks again to the staff, job well done!

Check in was perfect, they couldn’t have been more friendly. The room was perfect, we really enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend this location. The restaurant on site has happy hour each day where you get a complementary drink, and then in the morning complementary breakfast.

Wow, what can I say about this hotel! The room was clean and we had no problem getting extra towels and lotions and soaps from the front office. The office also offers fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that are individually wrapped in baggies at the front desk. can you say home?! Unfortunately, my daughter did end up, leaving her back at the hotel when we checked out. But my staff and manager handled the situation with ease and Grace! Easily shipping it to my home! The manager, Patrick is a hard worker, and you can really tell that he cares about the day of the guests! Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend. I will definitely be back.!

I forgot to take pictures before we cluttered the place up! It was clean, presented well, and was very good overall.

The bathroom was split - shower/toilet with a door and the sink/vanity right outside. Shower head was standard, but the curved outward curtain rod made it feel more roomy. No hair dryer (that I could see), but plenty of hangars and a couple of suitcase racks in the closet. Standard hotel coffee maker too.

Tv was a good size, the microwave was adjustable, and the fridge absolutely worked. Alll the lamps had outlets, so easy to charge your electronics. And you have control over the AC temp!!!!!! The bed was pleasant and soft (pillow-top like), there were plenty of pillows, the sheets soft.

The pool was kinda small, but big enough for the job. Water cool (not cold) and saline (I think). Jacuzzi could fit 8 adults comfortably. Hot but not too. Social hour offered a free drink, and is in the same place as breakfast. We were bugging out, so just grabbed coffee to go- but there was waffles (maybe pancakes), eggs/breakfast meats, toast, mini muffins, yogurt, juices, cereal.

The staff was efficient and pleasant at check-in. It’s a 2-story property without an elevator- so if you’ve got mobility issues, make sure you contact them so they save you a ground floor room.

We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again when in Tucson.

The free water bottles are amazing. You also receive complimentary drinks and snacks during happy hour which was perfect to utilize when the kids were swimming. The yogurt from breakfast was incredible. Our room was large and the jacuzzi was AMAZING. A little strange layout for the rooms, lobby, etc. I didn’t realize they would be separate buildings. 6 minutes from In-N-Out so that was a plus!

The doors did have a draft from the cold outside, so we had to stick towels down to keep the living room warm from the heater. The toilets are a little low to the ground but ultimately, not bad. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I were in a very difficult situation of finding an available space to host a celebration of life for my 12 year old nephew. I had called 3 other hotels (not Best Western) and didn't get any help or good hospitality. The guy who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. The lady in sales was AMAZING!! Not only was she kind and helpful, she also walked me through the process of renting an event space. The hotel staff set up the space and checked in on me and my family several times. They were understanding and patient. This whole experience made a very difficult time so much better. Thank you again to all the staff at this Best Western!!

Front desk staff are excellent! Helpful with accommodating the 4 room requests for our family reunion. Rooms are large, clean and in good repair. The complimentary hot breakfast and happy hour are a nice perk.
Great value for the price.

One of the few remaining hotels with inexpensive rooms with large, jetted tubs. Everywhere else I looked was an extra $150-200+ for a night stay just because of the Jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and helpful, the Continental breakfast was free (which is all I really care about there), and the in-room tub was great. Our room didn't have great soundproofing but everyone was quiet overnight.

This hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. We loved the pool and patio areas in the inside perimeter of the property to relax and enjoy some time outside. The fresh breakfast and coffee were nice. This property has "old bones", so there were a few disappointments like no USB charging plugs, old bathroom fixtures, thin towels, and there was a lot of noise from the neighbor's room (alarm going off) and 5:30 am garbage trucks emptying dumpsters. Check-in takes WAY TOO LONG, so be aware. We WOULD stay here again.

A hidden gem in Tucson, this newly remodeled hotel offers a free hot breakfast buffet, a free drink and snacks during their happy hour, pool and hot tub, and a grilling area. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the rooms and 2 room suites have large tvs and wet bars in the suites, all at a reasonably low price. It's a short distance to the downtown area but near many restaurants. I definitely will be staying here again.

I stay here every time I'm in Tucson, and it's absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing, with a great breakfast, comfortable beds, and a heated pool. It truly is a gem of a hotel, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for great value and top-notch customer service.

Such a nice hotel! The room was super cute. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. The bathtub was super clean and the water hot. They had shampoo, conditioner, soap bars, lotion, and even a makeup wipe. There was also a small couch, an end table, a desk, a Tv, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. They provide breakfast as well. The outside of the building was aesthetically pleasing, and there were tables with umbrellas outside.
The best part was that they are a pet friendly hotel and allow cats. After having Motel 6 being my only option when traveling with cats, this hotel was a huge upgrade and didn’t cost a whole lot more. The staff was also really nice as well.

Some of the downsides were the stairs, and it was hard to find the room with the winding turns and uneven room numbers. The curtains are a little sheer as well. The room was $80 with a $40 pet fee, as well as a $100 deposit. Other than that is was a great place to stay, and I would definitely come back.

What a great place for the family on our road trip to visit family. Clean rooms stocked with amenities. 2 refrigerators microwave, sink the works. A full breakfast with all the trimmings. Steal of a deal for the 3 of us.

My GF and I have stayed at all the BWs in Tucson, and this one is the best by far.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable. The only issue being thermostat in the room was not turning on the A/C. I managed to get the unit itself to come on, but it was barely blowing any air. Luckily, it was not a hot enough day for it to have been an issue.

The hotel amenities from the bbq grills to the pool/spa and PJ'S Cafe provide guests with a most enjoyable stay.

The hotel itself seems to be in a good area of town based on the look of the surrounding businesses.

Was given a free upgrade to a suite, and it was very nice. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a good value and nice, clean rooms.

It's a really beautiful setup. They have with the pool and the little cafe in the middle and the beds are comfortable. They're really nice rooms. I really enjoy it here.

Had to book a room for a couple nights due to medical procedures I was having done. We arrived and registered. Ronny at the desk was informative, kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and well appointed. Free breakfast is included with your stay (although I was unable to partake) and they have a cafe, fitness center, hot tub and pool. They have a social hour where two drinks are provided which allows you to mingle with other guests. Very well thought out business plan. Everyone staff member we encountered was very courteous, helpful and friendly. When you factor in that it is much less expensive than other area lodging options, for us it was a total win. Our ONLY issue was with turning the shower on. It was a two handed job for this old gal!

Stayed for 5 days was nice quiet and comfy respectful staff are outgoing and helpful which is always a plus and the rooms are great The price can't beat for location with absolutely amazing food and places to shop near by
