I met with Dr. Rickman and his staff this past week. The service was amazing. Dr. Rickman and his nursing staff was so kind and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable moving forward with my surgery, so he scheduled a consultation with the surgeon just to put me at ease with the entire process. Patient care was amazing. Highly recommend Champion Orthopedics.

I am impressed, I did not have to come back another time, an x-ray was taken, then read, Dr. Rickman gave me several options to choose from for my treatments, I c hose to receive a shot and that was that. The appointment was to find out why my husband is having back pain. From the moment of check-in to the check-out time, the entire staff was pleasant. The nurse spoke loud enough for my husband to hear what she was saying instead of her words being muffled in the mandated mask. Dr Rickman was thorough with his exam, as well as did not waste time in making us wait.

We were very impressed with the services at Dr. Rickman's office. We look forward to working with him and his staff for a solution.

No long wait in waiting room, I was seen and in an exam room within 10 min of my arrival. The visit was informative and I felt like that Dr. Rickman would be available with a plan for me if I had any pain or problems in the future. Also, the new facilities in the pavilion are excellent.

Was able to schedule me in very quick. Actual visit was also on schedule with little or no wait beyond the appointment time.
Used the online check-in process which really sped things up.
Nurse and X-ray tech were very friendly and got me ready to see the Dr in short order.
Dr Rickman was polite, to the point and informative.
Quick diagnosis and identification of treatment alternatives.
Very pleased with the entire experience with Dr Rickman and everyone at his office.

I pre-registered and was taken to the exam room when I arrived.
Dr. Rickman is affable and we discussed plans for my treatment. We took care of business and I was on my way.
Pleasant place for my immediate needs.

Dr. Rickman is great and I was glad that I didn't need surgery, but just physical therapy for my shoulder. His office staff and nurses are so nice and very helpful with anything that I needed. Office is easy to find and close to the hospital.

Dr. Rickman seems very concerned about his patients and is very polite, courteous and caring. He LISTENS to his patient and explains in detail if you
don't understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great man and respectable! He’s avoided surgery for me an is up front on the process to recovery. I personally don’t trust many doctors but I’m thankful for Mr. Rickman. I’d go to him however my plan is to not break another bone haha. (A month later) My cast is off and wrist is stiff which is common, I’m just pleased to be-able to use my hand again. It’s a tough process to physical therapy but I can tell my hands coming back! THANKS DR. Rickman!

This visit went very well. Dr.Rickman is very professional, and is like a personal friend. I did go to HS with him, that does help our conection.He was very honest with me and agreed that at this point there is nothing that needs to be done. Most of my problem is just normal aging process, and that it my condition gets worse to return and we will adress it at that time. He did make some suggestions and gave me some exercises to do that will help me to stay as flexible and be able to use my shoulder in a normal way.
Overall a good visit and it was good seeing him after about 45 years. He seems younger and in better health than I am. This gives me hope that I do have a lot of living yet to do.. Stephen

This review made in April 2019 after I broke my pelvis. Below I will add a further review for Dr. Rickman. In 2019. Saw me quickly after calling for appointment. Friendly, calm, knowledgeable. Described pelvic breaks; gave instructions on what to expect, what to do and what not to do. See him in another week. Martha Lindsey ** July 2022. Dr. Rickman is familiar with the problem with my knee. I've had two previous shots to cope with the pain. Things have accelerated somewhat and I wasn't ready for any more shots; I wanted correction. He saw on the X-ray that there wasn't much space between the femur and fibula (is that right?), caused by arthritis. He suggested a series of three shots, a week apart, with a stronger medication than the previous ones. This is only if my insurance will pay for it. Otherwise, a knee replacement is the only other solution. I chose the shots, unless the insurance coverage falls through. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Rickman and feel that he's given me the best care.

Dr Rickman listens to you asks a lot of questions. We have only seen him twice but he is resolving our problem. What more can you ask from your Dr.
Third vist and we are being sent to a pain Clinic for further help.

Excellent service! Nurse who took vitals was very professional and very forthcoming with wait times. Dr. Rickman provided all of the information that I needed to make informed decisions.

I was very happy with my experience. The doctor was clear and concise and I had no issues with the way he handled the shot. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

The office is quite pleasant and professional. Returns calls back efficiently. They are well organized and I would recommend them to anyone based on my 2 visits.

The day we arrived, Champion had installed a new check in system, which involved checking in via tablet they had or your phone, I used the tablet it was quick like 10 mins max, the reception girls were nice and helpful, the girl who took me back was nice, my issue was with the xray guy who wouldnt allow my child with anxiety disorder in the room with me, which resulted in a meltdown, next time she needs to be allowed in the room with me instead of freaking out, outside the door. Dr. Rickman is a very nice guy, explained why I was in pain, and told me exactly what was going to happen after the shot he gave me, I definitely recomend Dr Rickman for sure even if the xray guy was a small problem!
