Jack in the Box

I’ve been coming here for two years since I moved to Oregon. The service here differs on the time of day. I obviously know it’s going to be busier at night when the dinner starts and that’s usually when I go. I can’t complain too much about the service being slow at that time. The food is always fresh, however. I’ve never had a bad experience with the employees here. They have all been super nice and kind to me and my children. I take my daughter here when she gets good grades, and I get her a milkshake, the milkshake machine has never been down. I always ask the employees for extra cherries because my daughter loves them and never gets them, and they always give them to her. Sometimes they add two extras. Sometimes they add four. Aside from them being super generous with the cherries. They’re always super nice to talk to you. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees. They all have been professional, and super friendly. None of them have ever had an attitude with me or my family which has been super nice. I don’t think I have a bad thing to say about this location. It’s easy, the employees we nice, place is clean and they give the light of my life extra cherries. What more could I ask for?

I came through about 4pm Tuesday and the service was top notch and the food was even better! Great job guys keep up the good work! We as customers really appreciate it!!

They almost got one star because I ordered 12 tacos and they gave me 6 so I called in and they took my name down a d said I could come in anytime the next day and pick up my order. I went the next day and let me tell you they made it right!!!! They gave me a full order of 12 tacos and they were very polite about it. Highly recommend this jack in the box!!

Your night crew for June 1st/2nd was top notch cheerful and super nice.
They need raises

I received my food in a timely fashion. It was still hot which is nice because you know it's fresh. They definitely need to fix the volume of their drive thru speakers. Hard to hear the worker. This might be the one time I was not offered sauce with my meal. Not a huge deal but it's nice to be offered.

It's been awhile since I have been to Jack in the box. I ate inside with my family. The dining room was cleaner then I've seen it before but the majority of the tables hadn't been wiped down. Food was good and came out quick. The staff was friendly and actually checked in on us to see if everything was good. I had an overall good experience this go around.

Absolutely great service! Went very early in the morning (about 3:30AM) to pick up a mobile order in the drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker I was greeted and quickly directed to pull up to the window. My order came out decently fast, and everything was hot and fresh, and my requests were all accurately completed. The gentleman working was also super kind to my dog (bonus points) who was riding along side me. I'm happy I chose to get breakfast here and based on the food quality and excellent service I would definitely consider it again in the future.

The negatives here are that they are often short-handed and short of supplies. But they have some wonderful employees who really work hard and smart and save the day, every day.

Thank you for making the food right. Nice and hot. Seemed fresh. Fast and friendly service. Drive thru only at this time. I thought they made a mistake and the manager was very nice about it. She pulled up my order and explained I didn't order plain bacon burgers but said she'd remake them if I wanted to drive back. Didn't take her up on her offer. Thank you for excellent customer service!

I recommend the #10, Jack's Spicy chicken. Get the seasoned curly fries with that, you won't regret it. If you need a little extra with that, go with the jalapeno poppers.
If I'm eating fast food, I only eat at Jack!
My sandwich was awesome, crispy fresh lettuce and delicious ripe tomato. Buttery bun and the spicy chicken. Bomb dot com.
Get out there and get you one!

Awesome staff!!! Please be nice to the staff when you go there to eat, they work so hard all day long all weekends long till closing time.

All around good place to eat lunch

My standards aren't high for a fastfood restraint. But it was all a positive experience. And all the amenities were clean. The staff was polite, and food was fresh.
I can't ask for much more.

Went there last night. The new chicken that they put on the sandwiches are so much better . The chicken is delicious. It is thicker and there is real chicken in it !!! not a pressed fat piece of cardboard.

Ive been craving Jack for months now. Finding this jack in the box 2 hours out definitely hit the spot. And was worth the drive.
