Olson family practice, ACP

I have been going to Dr. Olson for about 5 years now. I have always had an amazing experience with her. She is down to earth and tries to explain things in a way that I can understand. She has always referred me to amazing specialists as well. I have several chronic issues and because of that I have had my share of doctors, she has been the best I have ever had.

I've been seeing Dr. Olsen for a few years now, I've had nothing but good experiences. When my previous doctor retired I was really worried as I hate starting over with someone new but, I got lucky. She is a doctor who listened to me which isn't that easy to find these days, and find solutions no matter how long it may take. I have nothing bad to say about her staff either they're always super kind and helpful plus answer or take care of my messages, and usually the same day, its best through the patient portal which I love, so easy for us and probably them...

My mother has been seeing Dr Olson for years. Dr Olson is friendly, helpful, and a great listener. We feel very fortunate that Dr Olson is a part of my Mom's medical team!

Dr. Olson is absolutely wonderful. I was referred to her by my previous PCP, and I'm so happy I became her patient. She has helped me out so much with finding solutions for my conditions. She is definitely in this business for the care of her patients. 10/10 all around service from her, and her staff.

Dr. Olson is very professional and kind, and she listened to my questions and concerns. Everyone from the front staff to the medical assistants were very nice and helpful. I am fortunate to have found her!

Dr Olson is very caring, and a seasoned professional MD. She has testing and other services on-site. I find her staff quite helpful.

Dr. Connie Olson is a great doctor and very caring. She is very busy because of this. Now some of her office staff are horrible especially Sonja. She is very rude and unhelpful. Been with dr. Olson for quite a few years now. And she has always been this way. Sabrin, Gloria, and Megan are also amazing people there . Just watch out for that office. As of 8/31/2023....... 6 days later now they are dropping me as a patient. I tried to contact Connie Olson to inform her that her staff wasn't submitting the medical referrals to the insurance company. So I did a 3 way call with the insurance company and michelle the office manager. Also I repeatedly tried going down there to get my medical records but submitting the "release medical information" page but month and a half later still no paper but through their 3rd party company that handles their medical records . I was just informed all my information has become compromised. Like I said before Connie was a great doctor but that staff is awful and why she would let that happen is beyond me?

You should probably make sure your information is updated. I was referred to this doctor from my insurance company. I checked online to verify that my insurance would be accepted and Dr. Olson was listed as well as the location on Thornydale. However when calling, without asking any further questions, I was turned away. Please make sure this Doctor at this location removes their listings from insurance sites that they choose not to accept. Thank you

Dr. Olson doesn't care all that much about her patients. My dad was in the ER and she couldn't be bother to see him herself. First visit with her after ER she sends her nurse to do HER job. He's got organs failing, his brain is deteriorating, muscles are dwindling, but she can't be bothered to see her own patient. Recommend looking elsewhere for more caring doctors than this one. Otherwise you're putting you life in the wrong hands.

Don't even try to become a new patient for this doctor Is the office staff is absolutely horrible. They make you fell out about 30 some pages just to apply to become a patient. I waited 35 days and still couldn't I even get a phone call back from them after visiting them office several times. Not sure what their game is but maybe there's a possibility they're having people fill out paperwork and trying to pick and choose who has the best insurance and who actually possibly has the best amount of money so that it can charge the highest rates. I wish you'd have a huge amount of time waiting for them they still didn't turn me down but they just kept saying they're still reviewing paper work and I don't care if there was at least a 1000 pacjets of paperwork in there are a 1000 people surely they could get to me within 40 days. Maybe the doctor is pretty good at what she does but obviously the office staff is a real failure
