Terrific experience here. Three different staff members helped me and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. Armando went above and beyond and even helped me patch up the jacket I was wearing from another store. I've mostly been a NF and HH guy, but Patagonia just won itself a new customer.

Ryan was a great help! He was very attentive and made sure we found the right size and if the store didn’t have it, he let us know where to find it. He also let us know that the items we purchased were under a life time warranty if something broke and that if the store we went into wasn’t able to fix our items, they would send it to the warehouse free of charge for fixing.great experience!!

Decided to stop by to get my old Patagonia jacket repaired while strolling the Village. Very friendly staff, and it got fixed in less than 5 minutes. The store was very organized and well stocked with all Patagonia classics. Best place to buy essentials for outdoor fun in Lake Tahoe.

Cyomara, one of the sales associates at the Heavenly village location in South Lake Tahoe, went above and beyond the call of duty when we entered the store on 3/1/24. She truly was an ambassador for Patagonia, telling us why she enjoys working there, what benefits it has afforded her to be an outdoorswoman and why the brand is so trusted when playing in the elements. I hope that she is rewarded for her hard work and continues to be a bright light in this industry.

Great service and they are friendly and eager to answer any questions. The quiet relaxing music will sooth you into trance and cause you to pull out your credit card and over spend. There was a ton of verity to help you out with clothes.

Stopped by today and they were able to fix a hole in my Patagonia jacket. The associates were super friendly. Fixed my jacket in no time!

5 star service, they now have a repair booth in the SLT store for smaller fixes. I had a tear in my down jacket and had it fixed in just minutes. Thank you Patagonia!

Walked into store with a 20+ year-old jacket with broken zipper. 10 minutes later walked out with zipper fixed. Very helpful and effective. Plan to continue buying Patagonia equipment.
