Everything from room to breakfast was so thoughtful. Our room was so charming and when we were awoken in the morning by the smell of breakfast cooking downstairs, i felt the coziest and most content that i have felt on our long road trip. Felt authentic, great location. Walkable to central plaza and a lovely art galley-lined alley.

What a wonderful experience! We visit Taos often and are thrilled to find this new place to stay. Peggy, the innkeeper, was a gracious host. The room was cozy with all amenities at hand. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious. We had a nice chat with the housekeeper, HB (Hummingbird) after breakfast. Also, the location feels secluded yet is very close and accessible to downtown. We'll definitely be back!

The Inn is uniquely luxurious with all the attention to detail. Rustic yet elegant, gorgeous property inside and out. Peggy is a fantastic innkeeper, she provided excellent service from check in to leaving. Breakfast was basically made to order, delicious and served in the beautiful sunroom.

I’m writing this while I lay in the comfortable king bed of our suite, enjoying a morning cup of coffee in the cozy Southwest-style room before we head into the Inn for our included breakfast. Our stay here has been such a treat, we’re thankful to have our dogs with us. Our check-in was easy and very hospitable, and we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. We enjoyed walking the snowy streets of the neighborhood last night, and viewing all the Luminarias for Christmas. The fireplace in the room with a glass of wine was the end to a perfect evening.
Such a treat, the perfect Taos stay!

I like to visit this area of New Mexico after the winter has ended and spring is unfolding. The trees are budding in all the wonderful shades of green that spring brings us. Spring runoff is running through the creeks and rivers in the area.

A beautiful place to stay in Taos, NM. It is a little pricey but so worth it. The grounds are gorgeous filled with well manicured lawns and beautiful flowers. Parking is abundant. The room is so comfortable and mindfully decorated. Peggy and hummingbird are so sweet and helpful and breakfast is fabulous! Definitely would stay again!

We recently stayed 3 nights at Inn on La Loma Plaza! We greatly enjoyed our time. It was just a few blocks off the plaza, but also so quiet and peaceful. Peggy and her staff were so warm and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it each morning. We will back!

We have a wonderful short stay here! The building and setting are beautiful and historic, and Peggy the owner was an excellent host. We stayed in a room with a fireplace which was perfect after a long day out. The breakfast was also a great surprise and something you don't want to miss!

My wife and I loved the stay. The room and atmosphere were what we needed. The host Peggy was just delightful. Breakfast was excellent.
Will be back when and if we see green grass and trees next year. Heartily recommend.

The Inn at La Loma Plaza was a true oasis! Peggy, owner & hostess supreme, accommodated our last minute reservation with grace and warmth. After a week of camping, it was a rainy night and we were happy to be in the well-appointed inn with all its homey amenities. The room was well-equipped and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious (eggs florentine, sausage, toast, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and banana bread!) We we walked to dinner at Fleming’s at Peggy’s recommendation and had an amazing dinner. Only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful tranquil grounds. Highly recommend! Thank you, Peggy!

We had an absolutely lovely stay. Check in was a breeze and the room (complete with kiva fireplace!) was perfect! The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The corn soufflé was delicious and we even got a copy of the recipe. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn on La Loma Plaza. Peggy, the owner, was so welcoming and provided us with many great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were provided with all of the amenities we could want. In addition, a complimentary gourmet breakfast was served each morning. The hotel was in a great location with an easy walk into the center of town. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this inn in the future.

A true gem! Peggy was such a wonderful host, warm and welcoming! I spent one night in the wild rose room, it was cozy and quaint. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft, big plus. Breakfast was delicious and was able to enjoy it on the patio with such a pretty view. 10/10 will be back!

Visited in mid-May on a mother-daughter trip. The Inn on La Loma Plaza was everything we could have wanted for our 5 night stay.
The property was quiet with very pretty grounds but in walking distance to the old Taos plaza. Loved having coffee or a cocktail on the covered porch :)
The innkeeper and perfect hostess Peggy anticipated and provided for any needs we could think of. She made perfect restaurant and shopping recommendations, and gave great sightseeing and hiking directions.
The homemade breakfasts every morning were delish!! Rosanda took excellent care of our room and amenities and was so interesting to chat with.
We are sending everyone your way if they take a trip to the land of enchantment!! Can’t wait to come stay again in the future

The nicest, quiet little gem we’ve found in a long time. Very comfortable accommodations with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to chill, enjoy a cup of coffee or book. Wonderful location, 10 minute walk to downtown Taos. Peggy is a soft, generous and warm host. Delicious breakfast on top of it all. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!

My husband and I had such a lovely stay at this charming inn! Peggy and Jerry are so welcoming, and the property is beautiful (and in a great location). Our room was so cozy and comfortable--we particularly enjoyed the kiva fireplace. Our made-to-order breakfast was delicious and we can't wait to come back again!

Great historic hotel. Like a big B&B. Our room was the smallest, so its good we were there for one night. It was cute and confortable for us, nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. The breakfest is wonderful!

Great cozy southwest bed and breakfast in Taos. Came up with family to ski for a weekend and loved the location, the homemade breakfasts, and the warm southwest character of the rooms. Our room included a wood fireplace, hot tub, and beautiful wooden furniture, which made it a great place to end the evening after day on the slopes. WiFi Internet was a little spotty while we were there but we didn’t mind as we weren’t here to spend time online. 👍 Would definitely recommend to friends.
