Wonderful and very accommodating staff. Great year round jacuzzi and heated pool. Best priced self laundry room 1.50 to was and 1$ to dry it’s cheaper than any of the laundry mats in town just 2 blocks from heavenly village and casinos, applebees, Starbucks and blue dog pizza. I would rather stay here than the casinos. This is the best hotel for your money in Tahoe.

Had a great time in Tahoe! Had a group of 6 and they were able to get us in a family unit that slept everyone. Service was great, rooms were clean and warm, and we were walking distance from the lake and the Heavenly gondola. Amazing little spot! We will be back!

We booked a room for one night for 50 dollars. When we arrived, we were told that they were fully booked and didn't know why our booking was approved. But we were upgraded to a beautiful room within 5 minutes. At no extra charge. Clean, large, nicely furnished and a comfortable bed. Thank you very much.

Dog friendly. Our room was clean when we arrived . They had coffee and cocoa in their lounge, and it was free! Our room had a smart TV, easy to log into all our streaming apps, but they did provide cable. Our bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. would come again.

I LOVED THIS HOTEL. I came here with my family for vacation, and for our first day we lived here. Their room were big and easy to find. The front desk guy is very nice, and I loved the pool table. If your coming to Lake Tahoe, I really recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience, the gentleman that checked me in was quite helpful. Handled my service animal notification appropriately (med alert) and told me where to get a good meal after traveling all day. Same gentlemen helped me with key card issues with no problem. Stayed for almost a week. Would highly recommend.

For the price (typically $72.00/night) and amenities, you can't beat it, a full kitchen with all cooking utensils and cookware you will need for your stay and the staff are very hospitable. I stopped staying at Ballys, and Harrah's because quite frankly 3 peaks has more to offer in room.

My husband and I started coming here about 6 years ago and now we bring our 2 kids with us! We absolutely love the location and the amenities are pretty great too! We typically visit twice a year, once in the summer and once in the winter. We book through Expedia and get really great deals! We highly recommend it!

Decent size rooms and were clean. The room had a broken chair though before we moved in and luckily we werent charged. The place has a pool too.
The parking is first come first served basis but a parking permit is provided that allows you to do street parking with out any issues even though it has signs saying 2hrs only but with parking permit provided it is ignored

I was skeptical at first it’s not the most prominent hotel, however getting inside the room is really nice, the bed super comfy, it’s very close to the stores, the jacuzzi is huge, it’s very peaceful and all the rooms have a private porch. Will Defintley be back.

We had such a nice stay at this resort! The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. The pool and hot tubs (yes there are 2). Are so nice. Perfect temperature. Very close to beach and nice places to eat and enjoy Lake Tahoe.

I stayed here during a weekday and was very impressed at the value this place offers. My room seemed to have been updated recently and my bed was large and comfortable, the linens felt soft and high quality, and the room was sufficiently clean. I verified before I booked my room that the hot tub was working and was happy to use it after a long day on the slopes. I considered a 4 star review here just because of a rather terse exchange with the blonde front desk girl who declared that “[she] had never set foot in any room on the property” when I asked if the room she had placed me in was renovated. Seemed like an odd comment. Nonetheless the rest of the team there seems to be doing a great job.

Always so comfortable it's hard to leave. The service here is great. We accidentally popped the breaker and a maintenance guy came from his house to Pop the breaker back.

Great space, easy check in, clean! Hot tub was a nice bonus! Beautiful beach to watch sunset 1 block away. Don’t forget to ask the front desk for a free voucher. Otherwise is it $10 to enter the beach.

Absolutely loved this place. Close to everything. $5 beach pass. Staff was amazing. Girls at front counter got our non working TV to work. Pool was amazing. I don't come to Tahoe to sit in a casino. This place is great. Thank you girls and maintenance man for the TV repair. We will be back!

Appeared recently remodeled w semi-rustic theme. We stayed 1 night in off-season so good price but hot tub and pool closed, so no resort. Beach is 5 min walk and gated w $12 fee, but free before Memorial Day. Ask if hotel offers gate tickets like some. Strip of shops and Gondola is 5 min walk other way. Many e-scooters for rent since active motel and home rental area.

Great room for the price. I was so happy with the comfort of the bed, the patio, the view, the water pressure, cleanliness, and the customer service. The location was absolutely perfect and we had so much fun walking around all the nearby shops and restaurants.

The hotel was clean and in an awesome location. Walkable to Heavenly Village and beach. There was one rude lady at the desk. When I attempted to check in at 2pm she was nasty and when I went to check out she wouldn't give me a receipt stating I need to get it from the third party I booked through. Never heard of such a thing. But overall everyone else was nice. Very pet friendly.
