Bally's Lake Tahoe

The location and view from our room was beautiful and walking distance to the lift and tons of stores and restaurants. The pricing during the week was such a great value. Staff was patient, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and although a little outdated they were reflected by the price. Open closet cabinet, mini fridge and coffee maker in room. The restroom lacked hand soap and a dryer but did have small shower Toiletries. It was quiet, didnt hear any outside noise. The bedding was great, We slept comfortably. The casino was fun with staff coming around regularly. They have a fun arcade for kids (my stepson had a blast playing for about 1 ¹/² hour) but mostly everything else was closed early. We went during august summer and the pool was closed, the game room was closed, cigar lounge was closed, coffe shop was closed. I also didnt see any fast food places open in the hotel for those late night munchies. Kinda disapointed in that aspect. You'd think since its a casino things would be opened late night or 24 hours. Went to bed hungry because i didnt want to venture out walking at night for a snack. Overall i would stay there again.

I gave a 5 star due to the beautiful and clean room with a view for a price i can afford. Also Im very grateful to their security and lost and found team. We forgot a bag with some valuable items in it. Patrick responded to me and said he’ll send someone upstairs to check. They got our bag. He told me the morning person does the shipping. Called them next day and they responded quickly. Very grateful thank you so much. Lost and found team and security. And the person that check me in. Very helpful and professional.

Shower had no hot water.
Food in the casino was very tasty,worth the money,reasonably priced ,service was very prompt.
Would stay here again.

Nomin at the front desk provided us the GREATEST customer support experience I’ve had in years. She was super helpful and understanding after we got placed in the wrong room. And she redeemed what would not have been a 5 star rating if we had not had the wonderful experience of her assistance and help.

They play good music. They have a Wargames room. They have a really cool Arcade, but the Proprietor of this establishment should probably switch the skiing matching to a snowboarding one.

Skiing is dangerous.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, although the room was a bit small, it was very cozy, equipped with a small fridge but no microwave and no bathtub. The facilities were fantastic, including a large swimming pool and hot tub, both complimentary, and a steam room available for $10 for the entire day.

We were there during the crazy storm and it was AWESOME! The casino was almost empty due to the crazy storm which meant it felt as if we were the only ones there. Check in went smoothly and the rooms were clean. We dined at the restaurant a few times and it was pretty good! We would absolutely stay there again.

Expedia messed up and advertised the wrong room so when we got there we thought we were getting and suite but we didn't. Expedia was great and gave us one key cash to use for another trip and then Perry the hotel manager upgraded us to the suite we thought we were getting for free! Super good customer service!! Pool was also super family friendly

I really miss the old Montbleu in Stateline, Nevada. Now it's called Bally's, which took ownership a few years ago of Montbleu. I'll never forget the many times I came out ahead in the casino while gambling at Montbleu. Now that it's Bally's casino, the experience I had there is not the same. However, on this particular trip to Lake Tahoe, I won a little.

I love this place Great place for just you and your partner pool area never gets that crowded. Small game room but fun activities for everybody

The process to check-in was easy and simple. The rooms smell clean and were spotless. We checked around the mattresses and beds but did not find any bugs or anything that was dirty. We were very impressed!!! I highly recommend!

Nice place, beer is a little pricey but a nice place overall.

Nice hotel, great ambiance but saw 2 flies inside my room in 7th floor. Front desk refused early check in unless I pay $25 which I find awkward. The hotel should manage how guest smoke indiscriminately because not all guest can stand the tobacco smell. I'm very allergic to it.

Great casino hotel in Tahoe. The people were wonderful and so helpful with our late arrival with our big group. We had a lot of fun at the property and using it as a home base to explore

Bally's Lake Tahoe has a big nice indoor pool and spa and the room has very nice sound insulation and is a large room with a large bathroom, with a good view and over all a nice hotel and I recommend that you stay here!

We had a blast staying at ballys while we were visiting Lake Tahoe . The room was nice and spacious and we had a great view of the mountains and lake . We enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi too . Close enough to everything if you want to walk . Plus there was a cool snow tubing place right next door . Almost forgot to mention the great rates on the rooms . We’ll definitely stay here again

For the price, this hotel is great! Clean rooms (non-smoking didn't smell at all like smoke, and I have an extremely sensitive nose). The pool and hot tub area are awesome. Front desk let us and our friends check in early and check out late, free of charge.
I think a lot of the negative reviews about this place come from entitled people who set their expectations way too high. This isnt the Bellagio in Vegas!! Overall we had a great time staying here.

The pool and huge hot tub exceeded our expectations! Such a nice amenity. We used it each night after a day out in nature. The customer service was also top notch, great check-in process. Speedy and the room was exactly as advertised.

My partner and I had a great stay at Bally’s. Room and bathroom were clean and large. Housekeeping is every other day but we actually prefer that. Parking is $15/night but that seems like an insignificant cost when you consider how inexpensive it is to stay here. Highly recommend for someone looking for clean and inexpensive accommodations in Tahoe!
