This was absolutely an awful experience. Please look elsewhere for your repairs.

Apparently this company is contracted with GE. Their repairman, Jake, came to my unit to look at my dryer--it's been leaving lint along my walls.

First off, I had scheduled an afternoon appointment. Jake called me at just after 8am and asked if he could come at 10. I told him no, I had a doctor's appointment and that 11:30 was the earliest I could do--I did reiterate that I specifically asked for an afternoon.

Jake said he'd try to move some things around and get to me at 11:30. No apologies, just trying to gaslight me like he was doing me a favor by fitting me in when it was either GE or Schuenemann--I can't be sure who--messing up the time.

Jake called before arriving around 11:40 as previously agreed and looked at the dryer vent and noted it was loose, and proceeded to remove the hose from the wall along with what tape was there to assess the situation.

Jake's solution was that I needed more tape, and asked me if I had any foil tape handy.

I told him no, but that there's a Harbor Freight very near me if he needed to pick some up.

Jake asked me if I had any cash, since he wasn't "going to pay for it".

I told him no, and that I expected him to come prepared with the equipment needed.

Jake explained that the vent was not covered and I'd need to have someone else come and look at it, since he doesn't make those repairs.

Jake still had my hose completely detached from the wall when he asked me to sign a form saying "Repairs have been performed in a manner satisfactory to me. Item and its surroundings have been left in good condition."

I told Jake I couldn't sign it--he hadn't made any repairs and if anything, he just messed around with the hose that was there.

Jake accused me of being a "difficult customer" and threatened me with their company's "special list"--a "do not service" list--for "difficult customers" like me.

Just wow...

Like I said, this was absolutely an awful experience. I can see from the other 1 star reviews that I'm not alone.

Girl shows up, tells me what parts are bad then never get parts or freezer fixed. Call constantly, same excuse, parts on backorder. This went on for a year with no freezer. Called Ge customer service, they were appalled, replaced my freezer with a brand new one in a few weeks. Horrible repair company, stay away.

So here’s there modus operandi, a girl shows up, knows nothing about appliances, says oh - I am going to order parts as it’s under warranty. Ordered multiple parts, gets those form the manufacturer, never replaces and says machine is bad. But gets to keep the parts from manufacturer plus visits they paid. But all at the inconvenience of customer and fraud to manufacturer.

Had a repairman come to my home charged me 80.00 to tell me what he THINKS might be the problem and then said. Ohh we don't do that work you will have to call a different repair company. Really. ?

The service repair guy lied about the washer not being fixable until we got rid of it after waiting 2 months for it to be repaired. Stay clear of this company.

They don't sell appliances just repairs so it was no help to me.
